It takes three to tango in this mix; blanched broccoli and edamame join fresh avocado for what Cooking Connections dubs as 'Edamame Broccomoli'. Please your guests by adding in some classic pico de gallo (which comes in varying degrees of heat) for that ultimate Pop! The finished product looks incredible...try with Central Market brand Sweet Potato or Blue Corn tortilla chips. They're the perfect companions for Fiesta!
In a bowl smash the avacado, add finely chopped onions, tomatoes and coriander leaves. Add salt and pepper.. Squeeze lemon juice and mix well.
