Best healthy brownies I have ever made. No sugar, no flour and no oil or butter and chewy, gooey deliciousness. These brownies are low in calories and high in protein. Healthy and nutritious ingredients that you can eat evert day. This is an every day dessert you can feel good about eating. PRINTABLE RECIPE:

Ingredients
- 2 medium size bananas (3 oz each) – very ripe bananas
- 1 and half cups of old fashioned oats – I grinded them in my nutribullet to a fine flour
- 2 - 3 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder, ¼ cup
- 3 tablespoons of monkfruit sweetener
- One large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp Baking powder
- ¼ tsp Baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 1 oz chocolate chips
- Or peanut butter swirl, you will need PB2, powdered peanut butter, lower in calories and higher in protein than regular peanut butter
- Syrup: I mix sugar free pancake syrup with Skinny syrups to create my preferred flavor

low fat curd: 3/4 cup
skimmed milk: 1/4 cup
cocoa powder: 1/2 cup
rolled oats: 1/2 cup
coconut sugar: 1/2 cup

Vanilla essence: 2-3 drops
Instant coffee powder: 1/2 tsp
Pinch of salt

PROTEIN BROWNIES RECIPE
(makes 9 pieces)
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/4 cup maple syrup (60ml)
2 tbsp peanut butter
1/4 cup milk (60ml)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup skyr (255g)
1 cup cooked black beans, mashed (170g)
1/2 cup ground oats or oat flour (50g)
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 cup cocoa powder (50g)
1/4 cup flaxseed meal (30g)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
NUTRITIONAL INFO (per piece):
154 calories, fat 5.1g, carb 20.3g, protein 10.1g
Preparation:
In a bowl whisk together eggs, maple syrup, peanut butter, milk, vanilla, skyr and mashed black beans.
Sift in the dry ingredients: ground oats, cornstarch, cocoa powder, flaxseed meal, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
Gently fold in with a spatula, just until the batter is formed.
Pour the mixture in a lined 8x8 inch (20x20cm) square pan, smooth the top and shake the pan a bit.
Bake at 350F (180C) for 25 minutes.
Let it cool in a pan (for at least 2 hours) then slice into 9 or 12 equal pieces.
These brownies store really well in the fridge, for up to a week.
