⬇️ How to make Copycat Olive Garden Cannelloni ⬇️
0:10 Heat the olive oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté the onion, celery, carrot, and garlic until soft and translucent.
0:21 Add the beef and pork to the pan. Stir well and break up any large chunks of meat. Continue sautéing until no longer pink.
0:35 Deglaze with red wine and reduce for about 1 minute before adding in the beef broth, Italian seasoning, and bay leaf.
0:45 Allow the pan to come to a boil and reduce the heat to a simmer. Let cook for 15 additional minutes, then discard the bay leaf.
0:50 Season to taste with salt and ground pepper. Adjust accordingly and set aside.
1:00 Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
1:09 Whisk in the flour for 2 minutes before adding the milk.
1:18 Let simmer for about 5 minutes or until thickened before adding the parsley and ½ cup of parmesan cheese. Set aside.
1:30 Transfer the meat mixture into a large mixing bowl along with the egg yolks. Stir well to combine, then add in the cheese sauce.
1:53 Spread marinara sauce into the bottom of your preferred baking dish.
1:57 Take the cooked cannelloni noodles and spoon about ¼ cup of the beef and cheese mixture down the center of the cannelloni.
2:06 Lay the stuffed cannelloni in a single layer at the bottom of the dish.
2:07 Repeat with the remaining marinara sauce and stuffed cannelloni, stacking the noodles as needed.
2:21 Pour any remaining beef and cheese mixture on top followed by the remaining marinara sauce. Sprinkle the top with the remaining parmesan cheese.
2:42 Bake in the oven at 400 degrees F for about 10 minutes, then set into the broiler for 2 minutes.

How to Make Perfect Wild Mushroom Cannelloni | fresh Pasta | with @mateo.zielonka & @aeg.uk
I’m really pleased to share with you a recipe made in my new @AEG.uk kitchen at home. Wild mushroom & ricotta cannelloni is the perfect comforting, warming dish now the weather has turned cold. I’m so happy to partner with AEG for this recipe, and I will be sharing some more delicious pasta recipes cooked at home in the next few weeks.
My new AEG oven is fantastic. When cooking, it’s so easy to use and it has loads of features including fast heat up, a steam option, self-cleaning (yay!) and the coolest one (in my opinion): you can even turn the oven on using the My AEG app , so you can pre-plan your dishes even when you’re not at home! Buon appetito!

Easy Restaurant quality meal everyone loves! Seafood pasta is a classic dish that is popular all over the world. This French-style recipe uses a variety of seafood, including shrimp, mussels, scallops, and fish, in a creamy sauce. It's relatively easy to make and a great special occasion dish. I like to make my own fish pasta to elevate it to a new level. There's something magical about fresh homemade pasta. See my pasta recipe for more. If you don't have time, buy some dried linguini or fettuccini.
The mussels act as a seafood stock which will flavour the whole dish. The dish is sure to impress your guests. This recipe is a delicious and elegant way to enjoy seafood.
It's perfect for a special occasion or a romantic dinner for two. Enjoy!
