How To make Cheeseburgers
1 1/2 lb Lean ground beef
Salt Brown bouquet sauce (opt) Water (optional) 6 Hamburger buns
6 sl Cheese
1. Form beef into 6 patties about 1/2-inch thick. 2. Sprinkle with salt and
brush patties with a 1-to-1 mixture of brown bouquet sauce and water, if a deep brown color is desired. 3. Arrange patties in a circle in a paper towel-lined, shallow, heat resistant, non-metallic baking dish. Do not place any patties in the center of the circle. Heat, covered with paper toweling, in Microwave Oven 5 minutes. Turn patties over. 4. Brush again with brown bouquet mixture if desired. 5. Heat, uncovered, an additional minute. Burgers will be rare. Heat an additional 1 to 2 minutes for medium or well-done. 6. Place 1 patty on each hamburger bun and top each hamburger with a slice of cheese. Arrange hamburgers on a heat-resistant non-metallic serving platter and heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.

How to Cook Frozen Burger Patties
1. Add oil to pan set over medium-high heat
2. Add patties to pan and season liberally with salt & pepper
3. Flip every 3 to 5 minutes until cooked through — about 15 minutes.

Cheeseburgers!
This cheeseburger recipe assumes your bun is 10cm/4 wide. If it's larger, you may want to scale up the beef so you don't end up with wafer thin patties or a burger patty that's much smaller than your bun. Nobody likes biting into bread with no beef!!
Slather with sauce of choice though for a really great burger experience, try my Special Burger Sauce (quick, no cook) or my Tomato Chutney for Burgers.
PRINT RECIPE:
Smash Burger! ????
Tonight is all about the Smash Burger! ????
We are rocking with some 85/15 ground beef
Divide it into 4 equal balls and throw in the fridge to keep cold while we make our sauce!
Sauce:
1/3 cup lite mayo
2 Tbs Dijon mustard
1-2 Tbs hot sauce
1 Tbs pickle relish with some of that juice
1/4 cup of a grated yellow onion
Throw those beef balls on a cast iron over medium high heat and give them a smash, season with salt and pepper.
After 2-3 minutes give them a flip and add a slice of cheddar cheese, once cooked stack together and remove from the heat!
Using a toasted bun, add your patty’s, lettuce, onion, tomato and that sauce!
Now enjoy!!! ????
