Cheesy Taco Pasta Recipe
This cheesy taco pasta takes the flavors of tacos and turns them into an easy and healthy pasta dish. Made with ground beef, veggies, and taco seasoning, and comes together with melted cheese. Full of flavor and absolutely delicious! Ready in 25 minutes and a meal everyone will love!

Cheesy Taco Pasta | Delish
Taco night meets Sunday Pasta Night.
DIRECTIONS
1. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain, reserving 1 cup pasta water, and return to pot.
2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add onion and season with salt. Cook until tender, 5 minutes, then add jalapeño. Cook 2 minutes more. Add ground beef and cook until no longer pink, 6 minutes, then add taco seasoning.
3. Drain fat.
4. Add canned tomatoes and 1/4 cup reserved pasta water and stir, then add cheese and let melt, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes. Add cooked pasta and toss until completely combined.
5. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
INGREDIENTS
12 oz. short-cut pasta
1/2 large white onion, chopped
kosher salt
1/2 jalapeño, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. Taco Seasoning
1 (15) oz. can diced fire-roasted tomatoes
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar and Monterey jack
Chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish

Crockpot Taco Pasta | Crockpot Recipes | Cheesy Taco Pasta - This is a easy to make Crockpot / Slow Cooker Taco Pasta. With just 10 minutes prep time you'll be off to work or just relaxing as your Crockpot / Slow Cooker does all of the work! This is close to a dump and go meals but you have to add your pasta in for the last 20 mins. Other than that this is a very easy and delicious meal to prepare. Enjoy!
Taco Pasta Ingredients
1 lb. Lean Ground Beef
1 Large Green Bell Pepper
15 ounce can of Corn, drained
1 cup Salsa (mild, medium, Spicy)
1 cup Crushed Tomatoes
3 tbsp Taco Seasoning
2 1/2 cups Chicken Broth
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
12 - 15 ounces Pasta Shells (I used a 15 ounce box)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Taco Seasoning
1 tbsp Chili Powder
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1/4 tsp Dried Oregano
1/2 tsp Paprika
1 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
1 tsp Sea Salt
In a small bowl, mix together chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt and pepper.

Tip‼️make sure you dont use pre shredded cheese add less broth if you want your pasta to be a little on the dry side
ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef
8 oz shells pasta
3 cups beef broth or you can use water with 2 1/2 tbsp beef bouillon
1/2 cup sour cream
10 oz diced tomatoes and green chiles
3 cups cheese I used queso Oaxaca and medium cheddar
1/2 diced onion
1/2 diced red bell pepper
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp magi seasoning
2 minced garlic cloves
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp New Mexico chile powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2-1 tsp oregano
1/2-1 tsp chile flakes
2 tsp garlic salt
Black pepper
