2tbsp of oil on chicken and 1/2 the seasonings go on!
5-6 cloves garlic 1 medium white onion 1 Tbsp veggie stock 2 Tbsp butter Other half of seasoning
1 lb fettuccini pasta 1.5 cups heavy cream 4-8 ounces Parmesan cheese

Sauté mixed garlic in melted butter over low heat 1-2 minutes. Whisk in heavy cream and black pepper to taste and heat over low. Stir in parm until melted (keep heat low, and stay with it! This scalds easily!) Toss with pasta cooked to al dente and serve with desired proteins and veggies. ????
