Shopping List: 1 lb thin sliced chicken breast 1 lb Mafaldine Noodles (use whatever noodles you want) 2 cups heavy cream 1-2 cups chopped spinach 2 cups grated or shredded parmesan 1/2 yellow onion diced 2 cups all purpose flour 2 cups panko bread crumbs (+1/2 cup grated parmesan) 3 tbsps butter Oil for frying 1 tbsp garlic All purpose seasoning Dried oregano and crushed red pepper

NEVER BUY JAR SAUCE AGAIN! This recipe is so easy and FAST: 1/2C (1stick) butter 1C heavy cream 1C fresh grated parm Minced garlic Black pepper
Sauté mixed garlic in melted butter over low heat 1-2 minutes. Whisk in heavy cream and black pepper to taste and heat over low. Stir in parm until melted (keep heat low, and stay with it! This scalds easily!) Toss with pasta cooked to al dente and serve with desired proteins and veggies. ????

I M P O R T A N T ⚠️ If you not a fan of garlic, add 3-4 cloves also if you like your fettuccine to be more runny with the Alfredo sauce, add one more cup of heavy cream ???? serve while hot!!!!

????Ingredients for Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo: ►2 lbs Chicken Breast ►3/4 lbs fettuccine pasta (or angel hair or vermicelli pasta) ►1 lb white mushrooms thickly sliced ►1 small onion finely chopped ►3 cloves garlic minced ►3 1/2 cups half and a half * ►1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped, plus more for garnish ►1 tsp sea salt or to taste, plus more for pasta water ►1/4 tsp black pepper or to taste ►3 Tbsp olive oil divided ►1 Tbsp butter
*To substitute half and half, use equal parts of milk and heavy cream

High Protein Creamy Chicken Alfredo! 542 Calories | 65g protein | 47g carbs | 12g fat
One of my new favourite pasta recipes, so simple, delicious and a perfect way to satisfy your creamy pasta cravings while on a weight loss journey!
Chicken marinade:
• Chicken breast cut in halves (roughly 300g raw weight) • 1 tbsp garlic powder • 1 tbsp Italian herbs • 1 tbsp paprika • 1 tsp onion powder • tsp salt & pepper • 1-2 tsp olive oil Mix well Cook for 5 mins on each side! Medium heat
Pasta:
• 120g uncooked pasta (roughly 240g cooked weight) • 1 tsp salt
Creamy sauce:
• 200ml low fat milk • 100g light cream cheese (i use lightest Philadelphia) • 20g parmesan or shredded mozzarella • 1 tsp Italian herbs • 1/2 cup pasta water Once added to the pan, bring to a light boil then lower the heat and add the cooked pasta and chicken • Garnish with parsley & parmesan
