How To make Chicken Cordon Bleu2
6 ea Medium whole chicken breasts
1 pk 8-oz Swiss cheese slices
1 pk 8-oz sliced cooked ham
3 T All-purpose flour
1 t Paprika
6 T Butter or margarine
1/2 c Dry white wine
1 ea Chicken-flavor bouillon cube
1 x
or :
1 t Chicken-flavor stock base
1 T Cornstarch
1 c Heavy or whipping cream
1. Spread chicken breasts flat: fold cheese and ham slices to fit on
top: fold breasts over filling and fasten edges with toothpicks. 2. On waxed paper, mix flour and paprika: use mixture to coat chicken
pieces. 3. In 12-inch skillet over medium heat, in hot butter or margarine,
cook chicken until browned on all sides. Add wine and bouillon ( or stock ). Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 30 minutes or until fork tender; remove the toothpicks. 4. In cup, blend cornstarch and cream until smooth; gradually stir
into skillet. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened; serve over chicken

Baked Chicken Cordon Bleu!
Baked Chicken Cordon Bleu is a delicious and healthy take on a classic chicken recipe. Layers of tender chicken, cheese, ham, and dijon sauce make this easy chicken recipe epic and a total mainstay.
RECIPE BELOW: (PRINT RECIPE HERE)
INGREDIENTS:
For the Chicken Cordon Bleu:
4 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless 5-6 ounces each
4 slices Black Forest Ham or your favorite thinly sliced
4 slices swiss or gruyere cheese thinly sliced
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Herbes de Provence optional
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1½ teaspoon mayonnaise
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 eggs lightly beaten
For the Dijon Cream Sauce:
2 tablespoons butter melted
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
¼ cup white wine semi-dry or dry
¾ cup unsalted chicken broth
½ cup heavy cream
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons fresh thyme sprigs or ½ teaspoon dried thyme
S & P to taste

2 Cups Deli Ham
4 tbl spoon butter for sauce
4 tbl spoon flour for sauce
1 tbl dejion mustard
2 cups milk
2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 cups Swiss cheese shredded cheese

4 tbl butter, 1 sleeve Ritz crackers topping

Chicken Cordon Bleu, 2 Ways
2 ways Chicken Cordon Bleu, one fried and one baked. Very easy to prepare. Hope you'll enjoy.
Ingredients:
Sauce:
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tbsp flour
1 cup full cream milk
1 tsp mustard
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
Pinch of salt and pepper
1. Chicken Cordon Bleu - Fried
2 pieces chicken breast
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chopped onions
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (divide to 2 for 2 chicken breasts)
2 pieces ham
Flour, beaten egg, breadcrumb for coating
oil for frying
2. Chicken Cordon Bleu - Fried
2 pieces chicken breast
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chopped onions
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (divide to 2 for 2 chicken breasts)
2 pieces ham
1 piece of pastry puff of size 8x4 inches (or comfortable size)
beaten egg for brushing the top
