How to make Creamy Chicken Dip:
Chicken Dip Recipe
Ingredients:
4 pieces of raw breast chicken (cooked and shredded)
2 (8 oz) cream cheese packages
1 cup (8 oz) sour cream
1 can 4 (oz) chopped green chiles
1 (10 oz) can green chile enchilada sauce
1 teaspoon chile powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup monterey jack cheese
Instructions:
1. In a pot, boil chicken breasts until cooked, then shred.
2. In a crockpot, place the cooked shredded chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, chopped green chile and the chile sauce. Cook on high temperature. Leave it for 5 hours, or over-night.
3. Add the chile powder, cumin, salt and the two cheeses. Mix and cover. Let it cook for another 1 hour until the cheese melts. Put on low heat.
4. Ready to serve!

1 1/2 lb shredded cooked chicken
8 oz block of cream cheese (softened)
8 oz mild cheddar cheese
16 oz sour cream
1 envelope of Ranch dip seasoning mix
1/2 tsp granulated garlic powder
1/2 tsp granulated onion powder
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
8 x 12 baking dish

Simple, Delicious, Buffalo Chicken Dip
Few party foods are as classic and well-loved as a bubbling-hot dish of Buffalo Chicken Dip! Today’s recipe is a potluck/party staple! It transcends all other dips (OK, maybe it’s tied for first place with my beloved Taco Dip) and is practically guaranteed to be the dish your guests finish off first.
RECIPE:
Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese softened (226g)
½ cup ranch dressing 115ml
½ cup buffalo wing sauce 115ml
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 1/3 cups sharp shredded cheddar cheese divided (170g, divided)
2 cups well-shredded chicken* 275g
2 Thinly sliced green onions for topping optional
Corn chips, crackers, toasted bread slices, etc. for dipping

Instructions
1. 00:00 Introduction
2. 00:18 Preheat your oven to 375F (190C) and lightly butter an 8x8 baking dish.
3. 00:20 Mix cream cheese (with an electric mixer or spatula) in a large bowl until smooth and creamy.
4. 00:36 Add ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, and paprika and garlic powder and stir well.
5. 01:07 Add chicken and cheese and green onion and stir well.
6. 01:46 Transfer ingredients to prepared baking dish and sprinkle with remaining 1/3 cup (55g) of cheese.
7 02:08 Bake in 375F (190C) oven for 15-20 minutes or bubbly.
8. 02:15 Serve warm, topped with additional green onions, if desired.

Chicken
*I like to use either meat picked from a rotisserie chicken or I'll cook some chicken in my slow cooker the night before. You'll need about an 8-10 oz piece of chicken for 2 cups of shredded chicken.
Can I use Blue Cheese?
Yes! you can reduce the cheese in the recipe to 1/2 cup (113 grams) or omit it entirely and add 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles. I still like to top mine with the 1/3 cup (55g) of cheddar, but that's a personal preference.

Buffalo Chicken Dip - crockpot recipe
Recipe:
1 c franks hot sauce
1/2 c ranch
1/2 c sour cream
1 lb cream cheese
1 1/2 c cheddar cheese (shredded)
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 c cooked chicken (shredded)
Place everything into the crock pot. Turn on to high and stir every 10-20 minutes until all cheese is melted and everything well combined.
