Ingredients:
10 medium chicken tenders cut into 1/4 inch cubes (You can also use 2 or 3 breasts.)
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
3 tablespoons mayo
5 tablespoons all purpose flour
1 cup grated mozzarella
2 medium green onions, chopped
3 tablespoons oil for frying

Cheesy Chicken Fritters - Tender, Juicy and Creamy
Chicken Fritters are tender, juicy, flavourful and crisp cheesy edges
Ingredients List :
- 250 grms Chicken Breast
- 2 Eggs
- 4 tbsp Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp Cornflour
- 1 tsp Spring Onion
- 4 crushed Garlic
- 1 tsp salt / as per your taste
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
Method :
- Cut boneless chicken breast into small cubes
- Take a large bowl add diced chicken, mozzarella cheese, eggs, mayonnaise, cornflour, spring onion, salt and pepper
- Combine all ingredients together, then cover the lid, keep it in refrigerator about 6-8 hours or you can keep it even over night
- Heat 2 to 3 tablespoon oil in the Pan, when oil is hot add the chicken mixture and slightly flatten out and fry about 3 minutes on each side or until it turn golden brown in colour.
- Please note do not fry in high heat as it will not cook inside.
- Serve hot Chicken Fritters in Mayonnaise

►1 1/2 lbs (3 large) chicken breasts
►2 large eggs
►5 Tbsp (about 1/3 cup) mayonnaise
►1/3 cup all-purpose flour (or cornstarch or potato starch for gluten-free option)
►4 oz (1 1/3 cups) shredded mozzarella cheese
►1 1/2 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
►1/2 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp black pepper, or to taste

Cheesy Chicken Fritters- Easy and delicious recipe/Your Family will love them!
Cheesy Chicken fritters are so tasty and delicious. Your family and friends will love them.
Ingredients:
350 gr chicken breast
1 egg
1/2 cup mozzarella
1/3 cup mayo or yogurt
1/3 cup flour
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Dice chicken into 1/3 thick pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.
Into the mixing bowl, add remaining ingredients: egg, mayonnaise, flour, shredded mozzarella, salt and black pepper, or season to taste. Stir the mixture until well combined, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 30 minutes.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 Tbsp oil. When oil is hot, add the chicken, scoop 2-tablespoon mounds. Slightly flatten out the tops with the back of your spoon and fry uncovered 5 min on the first side, then flip and fry 5 min on the second side or until outsides are golden brown and chicken is fully cooked through.
