- 9 to 12 Barilla Wavy Lasagna Sheets (I do NOT recommend the oven bake for this recipe.)
- 4 to 6 Quarts Water
- Olive Oil and Salt for Pasta
- 2 to 3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast ( I recommend the THINLY Sliced Breast for an even cook!)
- Olive Oil
- Mozzarella Cheese
-SEASONING BLEND:
- 1.5 Tbsp Cajun Seasoning (Slap Ya Mama)
- 1 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Dried Thyme

- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Small Onion, Diced

Prepare Creamy White Sauce:
-Makhan (Butter) 4-5 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 3 tbs
-Olper’s Milk 1 litre
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Dried parsley ½ tsp
-Dried oregano ½ tsp
-Jaifil powder (Nutmeg powder) ¼ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
-Cheddar cheese grated 1 Cup
Prepare Chicken Mince:
-Cooking oil 3 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Chicken qeema (Mince) ½ kg
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Chicken powder 1 & ½ tbs
-BBQ sauce 2 & ½ tbs
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped 1 large
-Fresh parsley chopped 1-2 tbs
Assembling:
-Lasagna sheets boiled until 3/4th done
-Olive oil
-Fresh parsley chopped
-Cheddar cheese grated
-Mozzarella cheese grated
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) Julienne
-Black olives sliced
-Dried oregano
-Fresh parsley chopped
Directions:
Prepare Creamy White Sauce:
-In a saucepan,add butter & let it melt.
-Add all-purpose flour & mix well for 30 seconds.
-Add milk & whisk well.
-Add black pepper crushed,dried parsley,dried oregano,nutmeg powder,salt,garlic powder,whisk well & cook on medium flame until it thickens.
-Turn off the flame & reserve 1 cup for reserve later use.
-Turn on the flame,add cheddar cheese & mix well until cheese melts & set aside.
Prepare Chicken Mince:
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,onion & mix well.
-Add garlic,mix well & sauté until onions are translucent.
-Add chicken mince & mix well until it changes color.
-Add black pepper crushed,white pepper powder,salt,red chilli crushed,chicken powder & bbq sauce,mix well & cook for a minute.
-Add capsicum & mix well.
-Add reserved white sauce,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add fresh parsley,mix well & set aside.
Assembling:
-In a baking dish,add & spread prepared creamy white sauce.
-Place lasagna sheets,add prepared chicken filling,olive oil,prepared creamy white sauce,fresh parsley,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,lasagna sheets,prepared chicken filling,olive oil,prepared creamy white sauce,fresh parsley,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,lasagna sheets,prepared chicken filling,olive oil,creamy white sauce,fresh parsley,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese, capsicum,black olives & sprinkle dried oregano.
-Bake in preheated oven at 180 for 20-25 minutes.
-Garnish with fresh parsley & serve!

-Chulha bund ker dein aur 1 cup ko nikal ker bad mein use kernay kliya side per rakh dein.
-Chulha on karein aur cheddar cheese dal dein aur cheese melt ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Chicken Mince:
-Frying pan mein cooking aur pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Lehsan dal dein aur pyaz translucent hunay tak sauté ker lein.
-Chicken qeema dal dein aur rang tabdeel ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Kali mirch crushed,safed mirch powder,namak,lal mirch crushed,chicken powder aur bbq sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Shimla mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Reserved white sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Fresh parsley dal ker mix karein & side per rakh dein.
Assembling:
-Baking dish mein tayyar creamy white sauce dal ker pheela lein.

About Lasagna
Lasagna, also known as lasagne, is a type of pasta, possibly one of the oldest types, made of very wide, flat sheets. Either term can also refer to an Italian dish made of stacked layers of lasagna alternating with fillings such as ragù (ground meats and tomato sauce), béchamel sauce, vegetables, cheeses (which may include ricotta, mozzarella, and parmesan), and seasonings and spices. The dish may be topped with grated cheese, which becomes melted after baking. Typically cooked pasta is assembled with the other ingredients and then baked in an oven. The resulting baked pasta is cut into single-serving square portions.
Mass-produced lasagna with a ruffled edge is called lasagna riccia, doppio festone, sciabò and sciablò. In the Veneto, factory-produced lasagne are called bardele or lasagnoni. Narrower lasagne are mezze lasagne, and if with a ruffled edge, mezze lasagne ricche. Similar pastas are the narrower lasagnette and its longer cousin, the lasagnotte in Liguria, as well as the sagne of Salento (the heel of the Italian boot) and lagana in the reminder of Apulia.
The lasagna of Naples, lasagne di carnevale, is layered with local sausage, small fried meatballs, hard-boiled eggs, ricotta and mozzarella cheeses, and sauced with a Neapolitan ragù, a meat sauce. In other regions, lasagna can be made with various combinations of ricotta or mozzarella cheese, tomato sauce, meats (such as ground beef, pork or chicken), and vegetables (such as spinach, zucchini, olives, mushrooms), and the dish is typically flavoured with wine, garlic, onion, and oregano. In all cases, the lasagne are baked (al forno). Traditionally pasta dough prepared in Southern Italy used semolina and water; in the northern regions, where semolina was not available, flour and eggs were used. In modern Italy, since the only type of wheat allowed for commercially sold pasta is durum wheat, industrial lasagna are made of semolina from durum wheat. Nonetheless, in the north and especially in Emilia-Romagna, the tradition of egg-based dough remains popular for artisanal and homemade productions.
