How To make Chicken On a Biscuit
1 can Chicken broth (13 1/2 oz)
1/4 cup Bisquick
1/4 cup Milk
1/8 teaspoon Powdered turmeric
1/8 teaspoon Poultry seasoning
1/8 teaspoon Paprika
Salt & pepper to taste Add 2 cups Diced cooked chicken
Put first ing. in blender, using high speed, 1 min or till smooth. Pour into 2 qt saucepan & cook, stirring constantly over med-high heat, or til smooth & thick. Turn heat to low and add chicken. Heat gently thoroughly. Split buttermilk biscuits each in half and arrange in oval shaped serving dishes. Spoon chkn & gravy over split biscuits allowing 1 biscuit per serving.

Chicken and Biscuits
An easy recipe for Chicken and Biscuits.
For our scratch made biscuits-
2 Cups self rising flour
1TBS Baking powder
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
3/4 Cups buttermilk
1 Stick frozen butter (grated)
We combined the dry ingredients and add the grated butter and buttermilk to make a dough.
We rolled the dough and folded in half and rolled again, continuing the process up to 6 times.
Our Chicken sauce-
6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 cup each rough chopped onions, carrots and celery.
After we cooked the chicken in a little oil, we removed and set aside.
We added our veggies and cooked on med for 10 minutes
2 Cups chicken stock
1/2 Cup cream and flour slurry
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Parsley
After we topped the chicken with the sauce, we added our buttermilk biscuits on top and baked at 375 for 15 minutes.
We brushed our biscuits with butter and served.

Candies pork fat(冰肉):
100g pork fat,diced(豬板油,切粒)
3 tbsp sugar(糖)
1 tbsp rice wine(米酒)

3/4 tsp five spice powder (五香粉)
60g caster sugar (细砂糖)
100g fried glutinous rice flour (糕粉)
2 tbsp garlic, chopped (蒜茸)
80ml water(水)
1/2 tbsp sesame oil (麻油)
1 egg beaten, for glazing
1 粒蛋,打散,涂面用

8-count can of jumbo flaky biscuits
10 oz mixed veggies
22 oz can cream of chicken condensed soup
2 3/4 cups of whole milk
salt and pepper to taste
9 x 13-inch baking dish
*Bake at 350° F for 35 to 45 minutes*
