How To make Chicken Spaghetti Bake
4 oz Spaghetti
3 sl Bacon, chopped
1/2 c Chopped onion
1 cl Garlic, minced
3 tb All-purpose flour
1 cn Chopped tomatoes (16-oz)
1 cn Condensed cream of mushroom
- soup 1/2 c Milk
1 c American cheese, shredded
- (4-oz) 2 c Cubed cooked chicken
1 pk Frozen peas, thawed
1/4 c Grated parmesan cheese
Break spaghetti pieces in half. Cook according to package directions; drain (should have about 2-cups). In large saucepan, cook bacon, onion and garlic till bacon is crisp; blend in flour. Add undrained tomatoes, soup and milk. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Add shredded American cheese, stir till melted. Stir in cooked spaghetti, cubed chicken, and thawed peas. turn into a 2 1/2-qt casserole; top with parmesan. Bake uncovered, at 350 for 45 minutes.

HEALTHIER Chicken Spaghetti Bake (no canned soups!) | The Recipe Rebel

INGREDIENTS
3 tablespoons canola oil
½ medium onion chopped
½ green bell pepper chopped
½ red bell pepper chopped
375 grams whole wheat spaghetti, broken in half
1 ¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon minced garlic
3 tablespoons all purpose flour
1 cup low sodium chicken broth
2 cups low fat milk
1 large carrot peeled and shredded
3 cups cooked, chopped chicken breast (about 3 breasts)
3 cups low fat cheddar cheese divided
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and lightly grease a 9×13″ baking dish.
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Add onion, green pepper and red pepper and cook until softened.
Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package directions until just al dente (it will continue to cook in the oven). Remove from the heat and drain. Set aside.
Add salt, paprika, pepper, garlic to the vegetables and cook 1-2 minutes.
Stir in flour until completely absorbed. Add broth and cook over medium heat, stirring often, until thickened (about 3 minutes).
Stir in milk and continue cooking until slightly thickened (about 5 minutes). Stir in 2 cups of cheddar cheese.
Pour cooked spaghetti and chicken into prepared baking dish. Top with prepared sauce and stir gently to combine. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup cheese.
Bake 20-30 minutes, until hot and bubbly. Serve.

Cheesy Chicken Alfredo Pasta Bake
Servings: 6 - 8
INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 chicken breasts, cubed
Salt and pepper to taste
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 ½ cups chicken broth
2 ½ cups heavy cream
1 pound uncooked penne
2 cups parmesan
2 cups mozzarella
A handful of fresh parsley, chopped
PREPARATION
1. In a pot, heat oil and add chicken. Season chicken with salt and pepper, add garlic, then brown the chicken. Add broth, heavy cream, and pasta, and bring to a boil. Cover and reduce the heat to a simmer for 15-20 min.
2. Turn off heat and stir in 1 ½ cups of parmesan cheese. Pour half of the pasta into a greased 11x7 inch or 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle evenly with 1 cup of mozzarella cheese. Layer the remaining half of the pasta evenly on top. Sprinkle evenly with 1 cup of mozzarella and ½ cup of parmesan.
3. Broil 10 - 15 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown. Remove and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
4. Serve warm and enjoy!
