Chicken Lasagna | Easy Chicken Lasagna recipe | Best Chicken Lasagna Recipe | Flavorful meat sauce
Chicken Lasagna: One of my family’s favorite meal with rich tomato meat sauce, creamy béchamel sauce and lots of cheese!

Ingredients for Meat Sauce:
Chicken Mince - 250 gms
Olive Oil - 2 Tbsp
Garlic - 2 cloves minced
Onion - 1 small finely chopped
Tomato sauce - 1 jar, about 6 cups
Salt - 1 Tsp
Dried basil - 1 Tsp
Dried Oregano - 1 Tsp
Chicken Bouillon - 1
Water - 1 Cup
Ingredients for Béchamel sauce:
Butter - 3 Tbsp
All purpose flour - 3 Tbsp
Milk - 3 Cups
Salt & Pepper - to taste
Parmesan Cheese - 1/2 Cup
Chicken Bouillon - 1
Ingredients for Assembling:
No Boil Lasagna sheets - 12
Shredded Mozarella Cheese - 1 Cup
Shredded Parmesan Cheese - 1/2 Cup
Dried Parsley - 1 Tsp
Method:
1. Heat olive oil on medium heat. Add chopped garlic and onion, sauté well. Add salt.
2. Now add chicken mince, sauté until it turns white.
3. Add basil and oregano, mix well.
4. Add Tomato sauce, water and 1 chicken bouillon.
5. Cover & cook for 15 minutes and the meat sauce is ready. Keep aside.
6. Heat butter in another pan. Add flour and stir well.
7. Now slowly add milk and keep stirring to prevent forming lumps.
8. Add chicken bouillon, salt and pepper to taste.
9. Add parmesan cheese, bring it to a boil. Keep aside.
10. Now brush a baking pan with olive oil.
11. Add a layer of meat sauce, top it with no boil lasagna sheets, béchamel sauce, shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
12. Now add another layer of no boil lasagna sheets, meat sauce, béchamel sauce, shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
13. Sprinkle dried parsley and cover it with a foil.
14. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°C or 400°F for 45 minutes.
15. Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes.
16. Rest it for 15 minutes before serving.

Chicken Mushroom Lasagna, with a white sauce. Breaking the rules!
Any chicken or lasagna lovers will love this recipe. Yes I know, I am breaking some traditional rules, but when something tastes so good, why not. This chicken mushroom lasagna recipe is made from scratch, but you can take a lot of shortcuts and still make this. You could buy ready made lasagna sheets (noodles). You could also use a kitchen food processor to chop all your vegetables and probably only have 30 minutes of preparation time. Now if you’re a passionate cook like me, then making your own pasta is absolutely worth it. I added chopped parsley to mine for extra freshness and a little more excitement than just plain pasta. (I doubled the recipe in the video as I always like to make extra for another day). I also prefer to use real chicken pieces rather than dried ground (minced) chicken. Having real chicken pieces to bite into takes it a whole new level. Slice the chicken by angling your knife blade 20 or 30 degrees, to create larger slices, but keep them as thin as you can. Make sure you caramelise the chicken (brown them) just a little on each piece for extra flavour. I find that three layers are enough, but if you have an extra deep dish, why not go another layer. Leave to rest 30 to 45 minutes before serving. This dish reheats very well in the microwave, lower the wattage and heat a little longer so it doesn’t splatter. Ingredients:
For the meat sauce:
3 tbsp Olive Oil
1 Yellow Onion, diced
2 cloves Garlic minced
1-2 lb Ground Turkey
1 14.5 oz can diced Tomatoes
2 15 oz cans Tomato Sauce
1 cup Water
3 Bay Leaves
1 1/2 tsp dried Basil
2 tsp granulated Sugar
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
2 tsp Salt or to taste
For the cheese layer:
1/2 lb Mozzarella Cheese grated
1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
2 cups Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese

MY FAMOUS LASAGNA RECIPE
BEEF LASAGNA
Ingredients for the red sauce:
* 1/4 cup olive oil
* 4 tbsp butter
* 2 tbsp chopped garlic
* 2 cups chopped onions
* 1/2 kg beef minced meat
* 1 cup ketchup
* 1 cup pizza/pasta sauce
* 1 tsp soy sauce
* 1 tsp vinegar
* 1 tsp salt
* 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder
* 1 tsp paprika powder
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 1/4 tsp white pepper powder
* 1 tsp oregano
* 1 tsp mixed herbs
* 1 tsp crushed chilli flakes
Ingredients for the white sauce:
* 1 tbsp chopped garlic
* 2 tbsp butter
* 2 tbsp flour
* 1 and 1/2 chicken cube
* 1 tsp oregano
* 1 tsp mixed herbs
* 1/4 tsp garlic powder
* 1 cup heavy cream
* 2 cups milk
* 1 cup cheddar cheese
Ingredients for the toppings:
* 1 cup cheddar cheese
* 2 cups mozzarella cheese
* 1 sliced capsicum
* 1 sliced tomato (de-seeded)
* 1/4 cup sliced black olives
* 1 tsp oregano
Lasgana sheets:
* 400 grams or 1 pack of uncooked lasgana sheets
Preheating time: 20 mins
Preheating temperature: 180 degrees centigrade
Baking time: 15 mins with lower rod on and 5-8 mins with upper rod on
Baking temperature: 180 degrees centigrade
