Easy Chicken Casserole Recipe | How To Make Chicken Casserole | Chicken In White Sauce
Chicken Casserole is a one-pot American chicken recipe made with chicken, vegetables, milk, butter and flour. Chicken Casserole is a heartwarming dish perfect for an appetite quenching dinner. Chicken is seared in a pan with butter. Garlic and mushrooms are added and sauteed for a few minutes. Flour is added to the mushrooms followed by milk. The sauce is seasoned with salt, pepper, chilli flakes, cheese and worcestershire sauce. Chicken, spinach and cherry tomatoes are added and mixed well. Chicken along with sauce is transfer to a baking dish and baked to perfection until cooked and the sauce has thickened. Chicken Casserole is best served piping hot.

INGREDIENTS:
1.5 lbs. boneless skinless raw chicken breasts (don't use any more than 1.5 pounds, the casserole will seem dry if you do).
28 oz. can Red Enchilada Sauce I use El Pato Brand or Los Palmas
Add these items at the end:
10 corn tortillas I use a 10-12 oz. package of soft corn tortillas.
2 cups grated cheddar cheese divided
3.8 oz. can black olives divided
SLOW COOKER SIZE:
INSTRUCTIONS:
Put the chicken breasts and the enchilada sauce in your slow cooker.
Cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 6-8 hours.
Shred the chicken with 2 forks right in the slow cooker.
Cut the tortillas into strips, add to chicken and sauce. Stir.
Add 1/2 cup of cheese and half the olives into the sauce and chicken mixture. Stir again.
Flatten the mixture.
Add the rest of the cheese and the olives on top.
Cook on low for about 40 – 60 minutes longer.
Top with sour cream (optional)

Dump and go into Instant Pot:
2 Tbsp Primal Kitchen Olive Oil
1 Pound Chicken Breast
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 jar Primal Kitchen Tomato Basil Marinara
1 box of chickpea or gluten free penne pasta
2 cups water
Pressure cook on High for 4 Minutes
Do a quick release and turn off Instant Pot
Remove chicken and cut into bite sized pieces
Stir in 1 1/2 cup of Italian blend Cheese
Add back chicken
Top with crushed pork rinds and grated parmesan cheese

Chicken Parmesan Casserole Recipe | I Heart Recipes
Hi friends! This Chicken Parmesan Casserole is a great family meal for those busy weeknights.
I love Chicken Parmesan, and I also love shortcuts. The other night I was craving chicken parmesan, but I was feeling too lazy to make it. Ever been there, y’all? I came up with this simple little recipe. It was so good, so I wanted to share it with you!
I was pushing for time, so I used a rotisserie chicken for this recipe. Remove the skin from the chicken breasts and chop into cubes. In a pan, heat up the chicken and add in marinara sauce. I had some homemade sauce in the freezer, but you can use jarred sauce instead, if you prefer. Add in cooked pasta and mix well. Place the chicken and pasta mixture into a greased casserole dish and top it with Italian bread crumbs and shredded cheese. I like to add parsley flakes for a bit of color, but that’s optional. Pop this in the oven for about 20 minutes or until heated through. There you have it! A quick, easy and delicious meal in under 45 minutes.
