Quiche Lorraine Recipe | Easy Chicken and Mushrooms Quiche
It's very very delicious and easy to prepare cake. Quiche Lorraine with Chicken and Mushrooms is a good idea for a Christmas dinner or any other holiday. Try to cook it and you will not regret. Your family will thank you:)
Ingredients:
Crust:
3 1/2 tablespoons (50g) butter, softened
1 egg
3 tablespoons cold water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups (200g) all-purpose flour
Filling:
1 lb (400-450g) chicken breast, boiled
5 cups (500g) mushrooms, chopped
1 large onion
Olive oil
salt, pepper, basil to taste
1 cup (200ml) heavy cream
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups (150g) grated cheese Parmesan
PREPARATION
1. In medium bowl, mix flour, egg, water, salt and butter. Knead a smooth dough, wrap in plastic wrap, put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
2. Boiled breast and mushrooms chop.
3. Fry the mushrooms and onion until tender, add salt, pepper and basil. Add chicken, mix well, turn off the fire.
4. Preheat the oven to 365°F/180°С.
5. Grease the mold with butter. Place pastry into the mold, pressing firmly against bottom and sidewall.
6. Shift the filling on the dough, smooth.
7. Beat eggs lightly with a fork, add the cream and cheese, stir well, pour the filling evenly resulting mixture.
8. Bake the quiche Lorraine for about 35-40 minutes until set and golden. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
Broccoli Chicken and Cheese Quiche
1 tbsp olive oil
3 eggs
1 cup chicken
1 cup broccoli
1/4 cup of milk (we used unsweetened almond milk)
1 cup extra sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
10.5 oz cream of mushroom (Refer to our Homemade Cream of Mushroom video)
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Salt
1 Pie Crust
1. Preheat oven 350 degrees. Saute onion and oil in a pan.
2. Season and steam broccoli until tender (don’t cook all the way)
3. Chop pre-cooked chicken into pieces
4. Whisk eggs and milk in a bowl. Add cream of mushroom, spices and whisk until blended
5. Add broccoli, chicken and cheese to the egg mixture. Mix thoroughly.
6. Place pie crust in a pie dish and add quiche mixture evenly
7. Place quiche in a preheated oven; bake for 1 hour
8. Cool 5-10 min to set. Enjoy!!!
