How To make Chocoberry Splash
3/4 c Cold milk
3 tb Frozen strawberries w/syrup
-- thawed 2 tb Hershey's Syrup
2 tb Vanilla ice cream; plus...
1 Scoop vanilla ice cream
2 tb Club soda
Crushed ice Into blender container, place milk, strawberries, syrup and 2 tablespoons ice cream. Cover; blend on medium speed until smooth. Pour into tall glass filled with ice. Add club soda; stir. Top with scoop of ice cream; garnish with additional fruit, if desired. Serve immediately. One 12-ounce serving. Variations: Substitute the following fruits for the frozen strawberries: Fresh Strawberry Splash: 1/4 cup sweetened fresh strawberries. Peach Splash: 1/3 cup canned peach slices or pieces, or 1/2 peeled fresh peach. Pineapple Splash: 2 slices canned or 1/4 cup crushed pineapple. Chocovery Cupcakes Recipe:
1Kg Eezy Chocovery Chocolate Cake Mix
2 cups (420g) water
Oven: Bake for 175°C (340F) 35mins
Yield:
Cake: 2 pcs 8x2 round cake
Cupcakes: size: 2oz - 50 pcs
size: 3oz - 35 pcs
Actual measurement used in the video:
250 grams Eezy Chocovery
1/2 cup water
Casserole Dry Heat method (used in the video for 3oz cupcakes)
Bake for 40mins (start @25 minutes then added another 15mins) using a Casserole Dry heat method only.☺️
Yield:
3 oz. - 7 pcs (but it can produce upto 8 pcs)

Super light, super delicious! A wonderful dessert is what we crave for in summer!
Following is a simple recipe for delicious Blueberry dessert:
For the mousse:
1. White chocolate (roughly chopped) - 1/2 cup
2. Egg white - 1
3. Egg yolk- 1
4. Caster sugar- 1 tablespoon
5. Vanilla essence- 1/2 teaspoon
6. Whipping cream- 250 ml
7. Unsalted butter- 1 tablespoon
For the sauce:
1. Blueberries- 1/2 cup
2. Caster sugar- 2 tablespoon
For the whipping cream:
1. Whipping cream- 1/4 of the above
2. Icing sugar- 1/2 cup
3. purple food coloring(optional)
Method:
1. Begin with preparing the cream. In a mixing bowl, pour the cream along with 1/2 cup of icing sugar. Beat this on high speed until stiff peaks are formed. Add 2 drops of purple food color or more depending on your preference. Beat for another 3 minutes. once you are done, let this cream set in the fridge while we prepare the mousse.
2. To the yolk in a bowl, add a tablespoon of caster sugar and whisk this until the yolk turns pale. Simultaneously, prepare a double boiler for the white chocolate or simply microwave the chocolate stirring at regular intervals.
3. With the flame on simmer, throw in the white chocolate along with a tablespoon of unsalted butter. Stir until it melts. Once, the chocolate melts, take a tablespoon of it and add it to the yolk whisked earlier.
4. Whisk until well combined. Add this chocolate yolk mixture to the white chocolate on the double boiler and continue cooking for 3-4 minutes. Splash in 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence. Mix well and get it off flame.
5. While the chocolate mixture cools, beat the egg white on high speed until stiff peaks are formed.
6. To the melted chocolate, add the egg white and mix well.
7. To this, add 3/4 of the whipped cream. Please fold in the cream very lightly so that its texture is not lost.
8. Fill in 1/2 of the shot glasses with the mousse and let them in the fridge for 4-5 hours.
9. After 5 hours, it's time we prepare the blueberry sauce. For which, in a saucepan add the blueberries and 2 tablespoon of caster sugar. With the flame on simmer, let this cook for 3-4 minutes. Give it a good stir and get it off flame.
10. Once the sauce is cool, add a layer of it on the mousse and top these gorgeous darlings with a creamy swirl which was reserved earlier along with a blueberry each!!

Pasta taro secukupnya
Pewarna ungu ( boleh di skip)
20 gr susu bubuk
20 gr tepung maizena
260 gr tepung terigu protein rendah
60-70 gr keju parut
Bahan Baluran
50 gr kelapa kering
Beberapa remahan cookies di atas ( boleh di skip)
Bahan olesan dan toping
160 gr coklat ungu rasa taro/ anggur
