How To make Chocolate Almond Pound Cake
1/2 c Finely chopped almonds
1 1/2 c Sugar
4 oz Butter, melted
4 Eggs
4 oz Bitter chocolate, melted
1 1/2 ts Almond extract
2 c Flour
1 c Corn meal
1 ts Salt (optional)
1/2 ts Baking powder
1 c Milk
Chocolate Almond Pound Cake This recipe came from the echo in my early days on it. I didn't record who posted it. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Generously grease a 12 c bundt pan. Coat sides with almonds. In a large bowl, beat sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each egg. Stir in chocolate and almond extract. Combine flour, corn meal, salt and baking powder. Add alternately with milk to chocolate mixture, mixing at low speed until well blended. Spoon into pan. Bake 50-60 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. remove from pan and cool on rack. Serves 16 *Ellen*

Best Almond pound cake ever with glaze recipe ????
Ingredients:
Eggs - 5
Milk - 1/4 cup
Almond flour 4 cups
Sugar - half to 3/4 cup
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Ghee - 1 cup + 2 tbsp
Baking powder - 1 tbsp
Glaze :
Add 2 tbsp sugar and mix in lemon juice. This makes it a lemon glaze. Make sure it's watery. You can add water if you don't want it ????. (Lemony)
I added a tbsp of melted butter as well. This is optional.
Directions:
Set the oven to 350 °f.
Add 5 eggs to a mixer. Lightly beat it. Add milk and vanilla essence and beat a little more. Now add room temperature ghee, or you can add butter or oil. Beat for a minute. Keep setting at 4.
Now add sugar, flour, and baking powder. Add these slowly.
Grease a bundt pan with ghee and pour in the batter. Bake for 45 minutes. Let it cool, and then add the glaze.
Enjoy the pound cake.
This will be a great recipe for the holiday season . It's gluten-free as well. Please remember it is not dairy free.

오늘은 부드러운 초콜릿 케이크를 만들어 봤어요.
이 케이크는 레이어가 많지도 않고 다소 심플한 디자인으로 보이기도 합니다.
하지만 일반적인 스펀지 케이크가 아닌 부드러운 파운드 케이크로 만들었어요.
진한 풍미를 자랑하는 카라멜 소스를 만들어서 파운드 케이크 안에 넣었는데요.
카라멜 소스를 좀 더 부드럽고 진하게 하기 위해 맛있는 레시피로 만들어 보았으니 영상에서 확인해 주세요.
사실 이 카라멜 파운드 케이크 하나만 먹어도 참 맛이 좋아요.
많이 달지도 않고 카라멜 풍미가 느껴져서 중독성이 있는 맛이지요.
다이어트를 하는 분들께는 피해야 할 중독적인 맛이랍니다.
밀가루와 버터나 오일을 먼저 믹싱해 주면 글루텐 형성을 막기 때문에 포슬포슬한 텍스춰가 완성되는데요.
부드러운 무스와 잘 어울리는 것 같았어요.
케이크 밑 부분에 가나슈로 마무리하면 좀 녹기 때문에 컴파운드 초콜릿으로 얇게 발라 주었는데요.
난 조금 귀찮다.. 하는 분들은 패쓰하셔도 됩니다.

Best Almond Pound cake Recipe
This ALMOND POUND CAKE is so easy to make. It is best to have some with tea. Must try this recipe, I'm sure you are gonna love it.

ingredients:
eggs 3
caster sugar 150g
oil 150g
self raising flour 150g
vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
milk 2tbsp
almonds (chopped and roasted) 1/4 cup
(and if you dont have self raising flour, just add 1tsp of baking powder into the flour( 150g) and sift)

direction:
take eggs in a bowl and beat for a minute while beating gradually add the sugar and oil and beat altogether for 2 to 3 minutes.
sift self raising flour in the egg mixture and mix.
add vanilla essence and milk in the batter and mix well.
pour the batter into a loaf pan and bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes 180°C.

Pound Cake
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Butter 1 Cup
-Sugar 1 Cup
-Eggs 4 large or 5 small
-Flour 2 Cups
-Salt ½ tsp
-Baking powder 1 tsp
-Vanilla Extract 2 tsp
Directions:
-In an electric mixer, add butter and mix for 1-2 mins.
-During mixing on medium speed, gradually add sugar and mix for 7-8 mins.
-Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, mix for 2-3 mins.
-In flour,add salt and baking powder,mix well.
-Gradually add flour mixture in butter mixture and mix for 1-2 mins,beating just until combined (do not over mix).
-Add vanilla extract and mix for 30 secs.
-Grease loaf pan with butter and sprinkle plain flour.
-Scrape the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top with an offset spatula or the back of a spoon.
-Tap the pan against your countertop (tap-tap-tap-tap) to scare away any last few little air bubbles trapped within.
-Bake in pre heated oven at 170 C for 40-45 mins.
-Toothpick inserted in center should come out clean.
-Remove the cake from oven, place on a wire rack to cool for about 10 minutes. Remove the cake from the pan and cool completely on a wire rack.
-Cut into slices.
-For sandwich cakes, grease sandwich maker, pour batter and give it 4-5 min.
-Sandwich cake is ready.
Tips:
Baking Time and Temperature:
- Baking time varies based on the size of your pan.
- If you are making simple cupcakes then they should be ready within 15 min.
- For small size loaf pan the time should be 40-45 mins.
- For larger size loaf pan the time should be 45-55 mins.
- Make sure that a tooth pick inserted in the center comes out clean that is the sign of a fully baked cake.
- The temperature will remain the same at 170 C for all types of pan, and the cake needs to be placed in the center rack with only the bottom burner on. Make sure that preheat the oven at the same temperature (170 C).

-Vanilla extract dal ker 30 secs kliya mix karein.
-Loaf pan ko grease ker k maida chirak dein.
-Ab loaf pan mein batter dal ker spatula ya spoon ki madad sa batter ko set ker lein.
-Pan ko countertop per tap karein ta k air bubbles nikal jayein.
-Pre heated oven mein 170 C per 40-45 mins kliya bake ker lein.
-Toothpick insert ker k check ker lein.
-Cake ko oven sa nikal ker wire rack per rakh ker thanda ker lein 10 minute kliya.Pan sa cake ko nikal lein aur completely thanda ker lein.
-Slices mein cut ker lein.
-Sandwich cakes bananay kliya, sandwich maker ko grease ker lein aur batter dal dein 4-5 mins kliya.
-Sandwich cake tayyar hai.

-Agar app simple cupcakes bana raha han tou who 15min mein tayyar ho jayenga.
-Chota size k loaf pan mean time 40-45 mins lagay ga.

-Cake k bech mein tooth pick dal ker check karein,tooth pick clean bahir aye tou is k matlab hai k bake ho gaya hai.
-Tamam pan kliya baking temperature 170 C hoga aur cake ko hamasha bottom burner on ker k oven k center rack mein rakhein.Is baat ka kayal rakhein k oven preheat us he temperature per hoga jis per bake hoga (170 C).

150g sugar (if you prefer not sweet, keep it at 130g)
150g oil (I used Mazola brand oil)
150g self raising flour / (150g plain wheat flour + 1 tsp of baking powder)
2 tbsp fresh milk / any other milk (used Dutch lady brand)

1/4 cup of almond flakes / nibs, roasted
1-2 tbsp roasted nibs to be added before baking
