1 cup corn syrup 1 cup peanut butter 1 package (6 oz.) chocolate chips 1 cup sugar 6 cups Rice Krispies 1 package (6 oz.) butterscotch chips In large saucepan, cook corn syrup and sugar over medium heat, stirring frequen tly, until mixture begins to boil. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter. Mix in cereal. Press in buttered 9x13 pan. Melt over hot (not boiling) water chocolate chips and butterscotch chips, stirring constantly until smooth. Peanut Butter Rice Krispies Treats! | Super EASY Recipe
If you like rice krispies treats AND peanut butter, then this recipe is definitely something you want to try! I used Skippy's creamy peanut butter and regular chocolate chips and melting candies for the chocolate layer. I would have used only melting candies, but I ran out and needed more chocolate because WHO wants a thin layer of chocolate?? haha! I hope you give this recipe a try!

Ingredients: 1/4 cup butter 1 10oz bag mini marshmallows (about 5 cups) 1/2 cup peanut butter 6 cups rice krispy cereal 8 oz chocolate chips (about 1 1/2 cups) 2 tsp vegetable oil to thin out chocolate
9x13 inch baking dish
Directions: Melt the butter over low-medium heat. Once the butter has mostly melted, add in the marshmallows. Once the marshmallows start to melt, add in the peanut butter. After everything is nice and melted, turn off the heat and add in the rice krispy cereal. Give everything a good mix.
Lightly spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Drop in your cereal mixture and evenly spread it out in the dish.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave for 1-2 minutes, stirring every 20 seconds or so. If the chocolate is too thick, add in 2 tsp of vegetable oil to thin it out. Pour the chocolate onto the cereal and spread it out evenly coating the top. Let the chocolate set for 2 hrs before cutting into.
Store in an air tight container at room temp. ________________________________________________
