2 cups Sliced potatoes 2 Eggs 1 tablespoon Butter or butter substitute 2 cups Shredded salt codfish 1/2 cup Thin cream Pepper and salt Cover codfish with cold water. Let stand several hours. Drain. Add potatoes. Cover with water. Cook until tender. Drain. Mash. Add cream, butter, and well-beaten egg yolks. Beat until light. Season to taste. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into hot frying pan containing the butter. Cook until brown on the bottom. Fold like an omelet. Serve at once. 8 servings.

Black cod fish and cod omelet with sautéed broccoli !

Ingredients : 500gm cod fish loin (can use filete and check out for thrones) 1,5 liter -water 1 bay leaf
300gm broccoli 2tbs olive oil 2 cloves of garlic chopped salt and pepper as per taste
Process: Put the water in the pot and let it simmer and put the bay leaf and fish in the water and take out in first simmering and drain it and put aside ..use the same water to cook the broccoli when its boil for the first time then you take it out broccoli and saute in the pan.
100ml olive oil 2 medium size onion slices 1 bay leaf 1tsp salt and pepper 7 cloves chopped garlic 3 green chilly (always option)
Process : Put on the pan in medium heat and put the olive oil as soon as get hot put the onions slices, bay leaf and salt and pepper let it fry until it turns into golden brown then add chopped garlic and chopped green chilly stir it add the cod fish stir cooperate with all ingredients .
