8 ounces tube pasta
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 medium cucumbers
thinly sliced
1 medium onion :
thinly sliced
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup water
3/4 cup vinegar
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
Cook the pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water. Place in a large bowl; stir in oil, cucumbers and onion. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over salad and toss. Cover and chill for 3-4 servings.

For Salad:
10 oz large cucumber, (1 piece) deseeded & cut into ½-inch dice
½ cup red onions, chopped
½ lb penne or fusilli pasta, cooked, drained, & cooled
¼ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
10 oz large cucumber, (1 piece) deseeded & cut in chunks
For Dressing:
3 garlic cloves, minced
¼ cup white wine or rice vinegar
⅛ cup honey
1½ tbsp Dijon or grain mustard
½ cup Greek-style Yoghurt
Salt & ground black pepper to taste

Korean cucumber salad - so good!

Korean Cucumber Salad is a refreshing and delicious side dish to serve alongside barbecued meat and white rice. It only takes a few minutes to prepare, and you can also just eat it as a snack!
Sometimes people like to salt the cucumbers first to release and discard the excess liquid, but I find that it’s not necessary if you plan on eating them right away! And I feel like this Korean cucumber salad recipe is best eaten right after it’s prepared.
Feel free to play around with the ratio of ingredients. Some people prefer it tangier or spicier. I like to be able to taste the toasted sesame oil, so I prefer to make that the main ingredient.
TYPE OF CUCUMBER: Persian cucumbers are my favorite to use for this because they have thin skin, no seeds, and they’re nice and crunchy! They also don’t release as much liquid as other kinds. If you can’t find Persian cucumbers, you can use English cucumbers and core out the seeds.
Important note about salt: The dish will get saltier the longer the cumbers sit, so if you plan on letting them sit overnight, reduce the amount of soy sauce/salt. I like to eat them immediately after making them.

Miso Mushroom Pasta | Itaki Pro Electric Lunch Box Recipe
Who would have thought that miso and mushroom taste so well together? I didn't until I tried this recipe. Often when you eat any dish with mushrooms, you end up with very little mushrooms because mushrooms shrinks down so much when cooked. That is why I have added so much mushrooms that the itaki nearly could not be covered (with a slice of mushroom trying to escape). You can use any type of mushroom that you like and it will be fine. I like this dish very much and did not miss not having any meat in it. I hope you try this out and enjoy!
