5 Pounds Pork Spareribs
1/4 Cup Sugar
3 Tablespoons Garlic
minced
3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
2 1/2 Tablespoons Coriander :
ground
1 Teaspoon Dried Red Hot Chilies -- crushed
1 Teaspoon Salt

Trim excess fat off ribs. Cut ribs apart between bones. In a 14- by 17-inch pan, mix together sugar, garlic, lemon juice, coriander, chilies, salt, and water to make a paste. Add ribs, stirring gently to coat with seasoning paste. Cover and chill at least 4 hours or up to overnight. Bake, covered, in a 400 degree oven until meat is almost tender when pierced, about 1 hour. Uncover and continue baking, stirring occasionally, until well browned, about 30 minutes. Lift out of pan and serve hot.

Honey Soy Glazed Ribs Recipe - Hot Thai Kitchen!
For this episode I'm in the kitchen with a Thai cooking virgin! My friend Colin Knecht is a fellow YouTuber and a talented woodworker who made me a beautiful wooden mortar and pestle that I'd always wanted. In exchange, I invited him over for a private Thai cooking lesson so I can get him started cooking Thai! He asked me to teach him a recipe for ribs (because apparently woodworkers love ribs) and he would like to learn how to cook them so that they are *tender* and juicy. I came up with this recipe, and I have to say that I even surprised myself how good they were! Best of all, you don't even need to use the oven for these. So here's a yummy rib recipe that is literally finger-licking good, and also a little 101 on how to cook ribs :) Enjoy!
Check out this video where Colin taught me how to make the mortar and pestle!

അളിയന്റെ പോർക്ക് റിബ്സ് | Catering Style of Pork Ribs Recipe | Pan Barbecue Ribs
Many people love pork ribs grilled or barbecued. This is how catering people prepare pork ribs in a pan and call it pork ribs pan-grilled or pork ribs pan-barbecued. Whatsoever the method of preparation was, the pork ribs recipe was yummy and I enjoyed it so much.

In the last video, we caught a giant gourami at Vinu's home and grilled the same in his farmland ( The location was so impressive that we decided not to move from there, but to join Vinu's brother-in-law while he prepares Pork Ribs for us.
He was obviously an expert who usually prepares for a large crowd, but this time we were just a few friends. However, barbecued pork ribs were simply awesome, and the location amplified the flavor. Can I call it fall-off-the-bone pan-grilled pork ribs? Yeah, I think so.
Thanks to Queen's Catering.
