How To make Cream Cheese Swirls
1 tablespoon active dry yeast
1 1/2 cups water
lukewarm
2 eggs :
beaten
1/4 cup vegetable oil or melted margarine
5 cups Hot Roll Mix
2 tablespoons butter melted
1/2 cup brown sugar :
packed
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Cream-Cheese Filling 1 package cream cheese (8 oz.)
6 tablespoons sugar
1 egg :
slightly beaten
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
Sweet Glaze 2 cups powdered sugar -- sifted
1/2 teaspoon vanilla or lemon extract
4 tablespoons milk
In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in water. Blend in eggs and oil or margarine. Add 5 cups Hot Roll Mix. Stir well. Add enough Hot Roll Mix
to make a soft, nut not too sticky, dough. Knead about 5 minutes, until dough is smooth. Lightly butter bowl. Put dough in bowl and turn to butter top. Cover with a damp towel and let rise in a warm place until doubled in bulk, about 1 hour. Generously grease 2 baking sheets.
Prepare Cream-Cheese Filling. Punch down dough. Let stand 10 minutes. On a floured surface, roll dough to 12" x 24", about 1/4 inch thick. Brush with melted butter or margarine. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon
over butter. Roll dough like a jelly roll. Cut into 1 inch slices. Place on prepared baking sheets. Cover with a damp towel and let rise in
a warm place until doubled in bulk, 30 to 60 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375F. With a tablespoon, press a deep indentation in the
center of each bun. Fill each indentation with 3 tablespoons Cream-Cheese Filling. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown. Prepare Sweet Glaze. Drizzle glaze on warm buns.

Red Velvet Cream Cheese Swirl Brownie
The perfect end to any Christmas feast, these Red Velvet Cream Cheese Swirl Brownies are sure to impress your family and friends. They not only look and taste great, they're real easy to make. And the best part is, you don't only have to make them at Christmas! ????
Ingredients:
(Yields: One 7×7” square)
Red Velvet Brownie batter:
1/2 cup (120g) unsalted butter, room temperature
3/4 cup (180g) sugar
2 eggs
1 cup (120g) flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp red food colouring
1 tsp distilled white vinegar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Cream Cheese batter:
240g cream cheese, room temperature
1 egg
45g sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Method:
- Line a 7 square baking tin with parchment paper and preheat oven to 170C/340F.
- Cream butter and sugar together with a mixer until pale and creamy.
- Beat in one egg at a time.
- Mix in red food colouring, vinegar and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Sift flour, cocoa powder and salt together. Fold in sifted mixture gently.
- Reserve ¼ cup of red batter and pour the rest into lined tin.
- With a clean mixer, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Mix in egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour cream cheese batter on top of red brownie batter and then dot the top with reserved red batter.
- Using a knife, create swirls in the top layer being careful not to disrupt the bottom layer.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes until brownie has set.
- Cool and refrigerate before serving.

Preheat the oven to 370°F/185°C.
Heat a skillet and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Throw the spinach into the skillet and cook it until it considerably reduces its weight.
Use a large bowl and add the cream cheese, cooked spinach, onion, and mozzarella.
Season it with garlic powder and salt.
Mix everything until smooth and spread it over the pastry.
Carefully roll the pastry so you don’t lose any of the filling.
Slice the pastry roll into 0.8 inch (2 cm) thick slices.
Spread the whisked egg over the pastries.
Bake them for the next 45 minutes.
