How To make Creamed Cottage Cheesecake
1 lb Creamed cottage cheese
1 lb Cream cheese
4 Eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/2 tb Lemon juice
3 tb Cornstarch
3 tb Flour
1/4 lb Butter melted
1 pt Thick sour cream
1 Graham cracker lined pan
Beat smooth both cheeses and beat in the eggs and vanila to blend. Blend in lemon juice, flour and cornstarch. add and blend in the melted butter and sour cream. Pour into a graham cracker crumb lined pan. Bake 1 hour at 325. Turn off oven. Let cake remain in oven with door closed for 2 hours without opening door. remove cake from oven and chill. From: Lir119

I found this recipe for the cream cheese over 15years ago when my kids were still very young in a second hand book store. Most of the recipes in that book contains kids friendly recipes but over the years I have changed the mesurment and this is still the original recipe but I started adding the sugar in place of half quantity of condensed milk. We still like the taste with the condensed milk but too much of it makes the cream melt fast and too little , you might not get the same creaminess in the cheese cake. fruits are optional...so it says in the book, so I add it sometimes when am making for my family alone. Try this recipe especially if you have small children who don't like cottage cheese ???? follow the recipe and Enjoy.

1tsp Gelatin powder
200g cream cheese
100g cottage cheese
50g condensed milk
20g white sugar
1tsp vanilla extract

1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
5 tablespoons Melted Butter (70g)
2/3 cup Cottage Cheese (150g), drained

½ lb cottage cheese, drained
¼ cup fresh raspberries
¼ cup fresh strawberries, quartered
¼ cup fresh blueberries
¼ cup all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
2 eggs, yolks and whites separated
2¾ oz granulated sugar, divided
⅓ tsp baking powder
⅛ tsp salt

0:12 Preheat your oven to 360 degrees F and grease a 9-inch springform cake tin with cooking spray. Dust with flour, and tap to remove any excess. Set aside.
0:20 Sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt then set aside.
0:27 In a mixing bowl, combine the egg yolks and 1 ounce of sugar. Whisk for roughly 5 minutes until pale and light.
0:35 Add the cottage cheese and beat until evenly incorporated.
0:41 Fold in the sifted flour mixture into your egg yolk-cheese mixture until evenly incorporated. Set aside.
0:45 In another mixing bowl beat the egg whites until soft peaks.
0:50 Gradually add the remaining sugar while beating the egg whites.
0:58 Fold in the meringue, followed by all the berries, into your cheese mixture until evenly incorporated.
1:12 Pour into your dusted cake tin and lightly tap to remove any excess air.
1:15 Bake for roughly 45 minutes until a cake tester comes out clean.
1:18 Once baked, allow the cake to cool down completely while at room temperature. The cake will deflate as it cools down and it is alright.
1:21 Once cool, remove the springform brace. You can either serve it at room temperature or chill then serve. Portion accordingly!
