1/4 c AM Amaranth Flour
1/4 c AM Millet Flour
1/4 c Yellow Corn Flour
1 pn Salt
1/4 c Sesame Tahini
-OR- ground seeds 3 c Water
Mix flours, salt, and tahini together. Add water and stir. Simmer over low heat until thick and creamy, stirring constantly with a wire whisk to prevent lumping or burning. 3 easy recipes with PROTEIN POWDER!
Alright here are 3 easy recipes with protein powder to spice up your diet. First is chocolate brownie protein oats. 100 grams of oats and 200 mL of almond milk microwaved for 90 seconds, then the addition of 1 serving of Myprotein’s new Whey Forward Animal Free decadent chocolate brownie protein powder, and 1 cut up banana. Perfect for a pre workout meal, with plenty of carbs and high quality protein. Next is Blueberry Salted Caramel yogurt. Measure out 100g of blueberries and microwave for 30 seconds, then add 170g of greek yogurt, and 1 serving of Salted Caramel Whey Forward, mix together, and enjoy. This is currently my go to post workout snack, super simple and easy to make. Finally is a Chocolate Mint Protein Milkshake. Get a little bit of ice and 2 servings of Chocolate Mint Whey Forward, then 240 mL, or 1 serving of almond milk, blend for 90 seconds, and that is it. A delicious way to end the day and get rid of any cravings, and perfect for reaching your daily protein goal.

DIY homemade cereal! #shorts
This homemade cereals are absolutely delicious and a great healthy alternative to store bought. It will take you roughly 20 mins to make and bake them and can be stored in a jar or airtight container!
CEREALS ????????????
•2 x cup flour
•1/2 x teasp baking soda
•1/2 x teasp baking powder
•1/2 x cup cane sugar or coconut sugar
•1 x cup almond milk
•4 x tbsp almond milk if need extra moisture depending on the flour.
•1 x tbsp any oil (sesame,seed,olive,coconut etc)
•1/2 x cup coconut flour
•4 x tbsp peanut butter
•6 x tbsp cocoa powder.
•1/2 x teasp cinnamon
STEP BY STEP????
-in a bowl mix flour,b.soda,b.powder and sugar.
-after a good stir add 1 cup milk and 1 tbsp oil and combine together til you have a smooth sticky batter.
-divide the batter in 2 and in one add 6 tbsp of cocoa powder and 1/2 cup coconut flour and the other half add the cinnamon , remaining coconut flour and peanut butter .
-if it’s not soft enough then add some milk.
-it should be soft enough to be able to use a sac a poche .
-if you don’t have a sac a poche you can use your hands .
-make some spheres max 1 cm diameter , and remember it will rise a little bit wile baking .
-if you make bigger spheres then bake for an extra minute or keep an eye on it .
-bake at 180* for 12 min
-store in an airtight container for up to 1 month .
-this recipe serves 4 ???? but depends on the size of the coco pops .
