Ingredients:
condensed milk - 380 g (13.4 oz)
eggs - 2 pieces
flour - 180 g (6.35 oz)
baking powder - 10 g (0.35 oz)
Cook it under the lid for 4 min on both sides
sour cream - 400 g (14 oz)
powdered sugar - 70 g (2.47 oz)
cream hardener - 15 g (½ oz)
dark chocolate - 50 g (1.76 oz)
TO COLD 30 minutes
for the latte:
honey - 25 g (0.9 oz)
instant coffee - 30 g (1 oz)
boiled water - 70 ml (2.3 fl oz)
whipping cream - 70 g (2.47 oz)
milk - 120 ml (½ cup)
vanilla sugar - 9 g (0.3 oz)
cinnamon - 1 g (0.04 oz)

Sharing with you today a Homemade Condensed Milk Recipe that is as good as any packaged Condensed Milk! This Homemade Condensed Milk is made with only 2 ingredients- Milk and Sugar. Please do not add any Baking Soda to the recipe as it is not required and spoils the taste of the products, especially cakes, that you make with the Homemade Condensed Milk. This Homemade Condensed Milk is as pure as the store bought one and is made in the traditional way. It takes only 15 minutes to make if you are using a wide and shallow pan like I did. So try out this Homemade Condensed Milk Recipe!

Recipe :
Homemade Condensed Milk
Ingredients:
2 cups Milk
¾ cups Sugar
Method:
Take the milk and sugar in a wide pan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Reduce the heat and cook stirring all the while to prevent scorching and to prevent any skin (malai) from forming.
Cook for approximately 15-18 minutes till the milk is thick enough to coat the back of the spoon. Remember, the condensed milk become thicker as it cools down.
Remove from heat and cool down completely while stirring constantly.
Store refrigerated in an airtight container.
