How To make Crunchy Stuffed Eggs

1/4 c Commercial sour cream
1/4 ts Salt
1/8 ts

Deviled Eggs
Ingredients:
8 Eggs
3-4 oz Bacon (cooked till crispy and minced)
1-2 Tbsp Shallot (finely minced)
3 Tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Sweet Pickle Relish
.5-1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
Paprika
Fresh Chives
Salt and Pepper
Instructions:
Bring some water to a rolling boil in a medium size pot. Gently place the eggs into the boiling water and cook for 10 minutes. Run the cooked eggs under cold water and once cool, peel the eggs and slice in half.
Separate the cooked egg yolks from the egg whites. Place the egg yolks in a large bowl and mash with a fork. Add the mayo, dijon, relish, vinegar, shallot, and 1/2 of the crumbled bacon. Mix until combined then season with salt and pepper to taste.
Fill each of the egg white halves with about 1/2 Tbsp of the filling. Top with more crumbled bacon, finely chopped chives, and paprika.

Here’s what you need:
Ingredients:
12 Peeled Hard Boiled Eggs
1 cup Flour
3 Eggs
1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
Oil for Frying
4 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. Pickle Relish
2 Tbsp. Mustard
1 tsp Hot Sauce
Salt to Taste
Pepper to Taste
Optional:
Paprika, or seasoning of choice to top
Instructions:
Heat cooking oil for deep frying in a medium size pan over medium heat.
Cut the hard boiled eggs in half, lengthwise. Gently separate the cooked egg white from the yolk and remove to a medium bowl.
Coat the cooked egg white in flour, eggs, and panko bread crumbs. Carefully, place eggs into the hot oil. Fry for 2-3 minutes, flipping over halfway through. Remove from pan and drain excess oil on a paper towel.
Add mayonnaise, relish, mustard, hot sauce, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mash until smooth. Fill a piping bag or plastic sandwich bag with yolk mixture.
