Bring sugar and syrup to a full rolling boil. Remove from heat and add peanut b utter (I also add a teaspoon of vanilla). Stir until we blended. Add Rice Flake s and toss until well coated. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Cool compl etely. Store in airtight container.

Roast In Low Heat
Roast For 5 Min.
¼ Cup Milk
Cook For 2 Min.
Keep Aside
½ Cup Sugar

Let It Boil
½ Tspn Cardamom Powder
Cook For 2-3 Min.
Cook Until Thick Consistency
Fried Suji
Keep Stirring
Cook For 5-6 Min.
Cook Until Separate from the Pan
Grease Oil in a Plate
Spread Evenly
Pichtachio On Top
Cool Down & Set For 1 Hour

Ingredients:
4 cups water, 10 cups of sugar (It’s an approx 1:3 water sugar ratio), food coloring
Equipment:
5 skewers, 5 mason jars, 5 clothes pins
Instructions:
- Wet your 5 skewers and coat them in sugar. Leave them to dry completely for at least an hour.
- Boil 4 cups of water, and add 10 cups of sugar cup by cup. Stir between each cup and make sure that the sugar has dissolved to clear before adding another cup. Let this mixture sit for 15-20 minutes.
- Warm up your mason jars by rinsing them in warm water. Add your sugar mixture and a few drops of food coloring to each.
- Use a clothespin to hold your sugar skewer about an inch from the bottom of each mason jar. Don’t move the mason jars around and watch them grow for about 7 days into rock candy! After pulling them out of the jars I left them to dry for 20-30 mins!

INGREDIENTS:
Hot milk 1/4 cup
Coffee powder 1 tbsp
Mix well
Sugar 1 cup
Water 2 tbsp
Caramelised the sugar
Turn Golden brown
Low the flame
Add coffee mixture
Foamy consistency
Keep stirring
The foam has decreased
Butter 1 tsp
Cook for 2 mins
Cool for 5 mins
Make Marks while hot
Let it cool completely
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML

How to Make Four Pastillas Flavors
✅Ingredients
21/2 cups powdered milk
1 can (14 ounces) condensed milk
1/2 teaspoon pandan extract
1/2 teaspoon langka extract
1/2 teaspoon Ube extract
1/4 ube halaya
1/4 cup sweetened jackfruit
1/4 cup macapuno strips
1/4 cup cheddar cheese, cut into cubed
1 cup sugar
✅Instructions
In a bowl, combine powdered milk and condensed milk. Stir to combine into a smooth, soft dough.
Form into a log and divide into four portions.
Place each portion in four separate bowls and add the flavor extracts in each bowl.
Scoop about a tablespoon of the pastillas and flatten to create a space for filling. Place ube halaya in ube-flavored pastillas, langka strip in the langka flavor, macapuno strips in the buko-pandan flavor, and cheese in the original pastillas.
