INGREDIENTS
Apples 2 medium sized (1 for puree, other 1 chopped)
Instant Oats - 1 cup (75gms)
Wheat flour- 1/2 cup (75gms)
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Baking powder 1 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Brown Sugar - 1/3 cup (60 gms)
Milk - 1/2 cup
Vinegar - 1 tsp (or Lime Juice)
Walnuts 2 tbsp for garnish
METHOD
1. Grind oats coarsly in mixer jar and transfer in a bowl. Sift all other dry ingredients i.e. wheat flour, baking powder and soda, salt and cinnamon all together in a mixing bowl. Combine everything well.
2. Wash and wipe the apples thoroughly. Peel both apples, chop 1 apple into fine pcs and sprinkle lemon juice, so that it doesn't turn brown. The other one make puree in mixer grinder along with sugar. Chop walnuts roughly and keep aside.
3. To prepare wet mixture, take pureed apple sugar mixture, add in milk.
4. Fold in dry ingredients in wet ingredient to make a thick batter.
6. Fold in chopped apples and transfer in baking dish. Garnish with few chopped apples and chopped walnuts.
7. Preheat oven at 180°C. Bake in air fryer at 160 degrees for 25 min. In oven bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
8. Once baked, cool down completely. Dust powdered sugar before serving.

FULL RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
2 large eggs
1/3 cup honey
4 tablespoons coconut oil
130 gram, 5 Oz (1/2 cup) greek yogurt
2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 medium apples
1/2 cup chopped pecans
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Grate the apples. Chop the pecans; set aside.
2. Preheat the oven to 340°F (170°C), and grease with oil a 9 inch loaf pan.
3. In a small bowl, combine whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and kosher salt. Mix and set aside.
4. In a large bowl, add 2 eggs and whisk. Add honey, coconut oil, greek yogurt and pure vanilla extract. Whisk.
5. Add the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
6. Add the grated apples and the chopped pecans to the batter. Mix gently.
7. Pour the batter on the loaf pan.
8. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until a tester inserted into the center comes out clean.
9. Let it cool in the pan for at least 20 minutes. Slice and serve. Enjoy :)

* You can use all purposed flour instead of whole wheat flour.
* You can place walnuts instead of pecans.

PREHEAT OVEN 360-375
SPRAY A 9X13 BAKING DISH OR ROASTING PAN ,IT'S DEEPER
POUR ALL 3 CANS PIE FILLING INTO THIS PAN
NEXT SPRINKLE THE CAKE MIX ALL OVER THE APPLES
NEXT SPRINKLE THE OATMEAL PACKETS ALL OVER THE TOP
NEXT SPRINKLE THE BROWN SUGAR ALL OVER THE TOP
NOW THE LAST LAYER ON TOP WILL BE PATS OF BUTTER SPREAD ALL OVER
COVER ALL THIS TIGHTLY WITH FOIL
BAKE 360-375 FOR 45-60 MIN
ONCE YOU DETERMINE CAKE IS DONE ENOUGH, REMOVE FOIL AND BAKE 10-15 MORE MIN TILL GOLDEN BROWN
ONCE REMOVED, LET COOL 10-15 MIN SO IT'S NOT TOO RUNNY WHEN SERVING
