3 cups biscuit mix 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese 1 tablespoon sugar 1 large egg 1 1/4 cups milk 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard Vegetable cooking spray * Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixtu re. * Combine egg and next 4 ingredients, stirring well; add to dry ingredients, s tirring just until moistened. * Place paper baking cups in muffin pans; coat with cooking spray. Add batter , filling two-thirds full. * Bake at 350F for 25 to 28 minutes. Remove from pans immediately, and cool on wire racks.

Start kneading after putting all the ingredients in the bowl. Pour the flour gradually until the dough becomes non-sticky in our hands. Continue kneading until the cheese disappears into the dough. Turn the dough you knead into small balls and place on the baking sheet. Spread egg on the dough you placed on the baking sheet. 1 egg will be enough to spread on the dough. Sprinkle sesame and black seed on the dough 180 degrees / 40-45 minutes
