How to Make Pasta Piselle (with Peas)

Recipe: How to Make Pasta with Peas (Pasta Piselle)
½ onion chopped
1 large clove garlic minced
Handful of fresh parsley chopped
¼ cup oil of choice (you can also use bacon or pancetta chopped)
1 small can of tomato sauce
1 small can of peas
Salt and pepper to taste
½ lb. pasta – I use Ditalini or small shells
Grated Pecorino Romano, Locatelli, or whatever you prefer
If substituting bacon or pancetta for the oil, render until cooked. Remove bacon/pancetta and use drippings to sauté onion, garlic, and parsley. If using oil, sauté onion, garlic, and parsley until translucent (5-7 minutes). Then put the meat back in the pot and add the tomato sauce and peas. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Cook pasta to your taste. I like it al dente so I cook 7 minutes. Save about 1 cup of pasta water and add the sauce. Add less pasta water if you prefer a thicker sauce. Serve and top with grated cheese.

How To Make Zucchini Linguini With Roasted Tomato Sauce
Try this delicious, meat-free recipe, you won't be disappointed!

NuWave Cooking Club - Ditalini Soup
Ingredients:
16oz Ditalini pasta
1 zucchini, medium size and diced
1 yellow squash, medium size and diced
1 red onion, medium size and diced
1 fresh corn, kernals cut off the cob
2c fresh kale, rinsed, remove stems and chopped to small bite size
1 fresh tomato, large and diced
1 shallot, small size and diced
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 sprig of Rosemary, finely chopped
2T Olive oil
4c chicken or vegetable stock
Sea Salt
Fresh ground black pepper
Directions:
Set pressure cooker on SEAR for 10 minutes and heat oil. Add shallots, red onion, garlic, rosemary and 1/4t fresh ground black pepper. Stir and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or onion soften.
Add zucchini, yellow squash, tomato, corn and kale, stir everything together and add pasta and chicken stock.
Close pressure cooker lid and using preset button SOUP cook for 8 minutes. Once its finished cooking quick release the pressure and open lid carefully.
Stir and taste, if needed season with sea salt and fresh ground black pepper.
Serve warm.
