Here’s a link where you can purchase the silicone piping bags I use. They’re great reusable and easy to clean up:
Here’s a link where you can purchase a ricer:
Ingredients:
3lbs of russet potatoes peeled and cubed
3/4 cup of half and half
2 TBS of butter
1/4 tsp of grated nutmeg
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp pepper
3 egg yolks
Directions:
Boil potatoes until fork tender. After you strain them add them back in the pot for 5 minutes to cook out any additional moisture. After that you can mash them with a potato masher or put them through a ricer. Add the half & half, butter, nutmeg, pepper, salt and egg yolks and mix well. Place in piping bag, using large star tip, and form mounds. Bake at 450 for 20 to 25, minutes until golden on top. Make sure to turn pans half way through cooking time.
Serve and Enjoy! ♥
