Making Five Pounds of Chocolate Fudge
One of my annual Christmas traditions...making 5 pounds of fudge. A fairly easy recipe with various chocolates, marshmallows, evaporated milk, butter, sugar, and vanilla (not seen in the video). Pour into a pan and let it cool. I usually cut into rectangles and store in the fridge for consumption and holiday gifts.
