INGREDIENTS:
16 oz Oysters
1 ½ cup of Flour
1 tbsp Hot Sauce
Salt, Black Pepper, Garlic Powder, Cayenne Pepper (amounts listed in cooking instructions)
INSTRUCTIONS:
•Place 16oz Oysters in a mixing bowl season with:
¼ tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
½ tsp Garlic Powder
¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tbsp Hot Sauce
*Mix well and gently
•Put 1 ½ cup of flour in a separate bowl that has a lid season the flour with
½ tsp Salt
1 tbsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
*Mix well
•Add one layer of oysters to the seasoned flour (make sure they are not touching) put the lid on and shake
•Repeat the process if you have more oysters. You do not have to worry about them sticking together once they are coated with flour
•In a 5 quart pot filled 1 quart full with oil have the temperature set to high
•Dust of the oysters and add them to the pot 6 – 10 at a time
•After a minute and half to two minutes they will be done. Set them on paper towel or a cooling rack. Once they are cool enough to handle serve and ENJOY!

Steps:
Prepping Oysters:
1. Wash the Oysters Thoroughly (We Are Using Instant Freeze Fresh Oysters)
2. Add Several Spoon of Corn Flour to the Washed Oysters, and gently mix it together. The Corn Flour will Absorb Any Impurities
3. Wash off the Corn Flour and Let It Dry
Seasonings
1. Salt – ½ Teaspoon
2. Sugar – 1 Teaspoon
3. MSG – a Sprinkle
4. White Pepper – 1 Teaspoon
5. Corn Flour – 1 Tablespoon
6. Oyster Sauce – 1 Teaspoon
7. Soy Sauce – 2 Teaspoon
8. Water – ½ Cup
Other Ingredients
1. Chop the scallions to small sections (separate the white part from the green part)
2. Chop the ginger to small pieces
Cook
1. Boil a pot of water
2. Cook the Oyster over the boiled water for 30 seconds and take out
3. Add oil to hot wok
4. Add in Ginger
5. Add in White Part of Scallions
6. Add in Oysters
7. Add in Green Part of Scallions
8. Add in Seasonings

My summer holidays I use to deshell the oysters cause we use to get the whole big oysters at home . I use to get cuts all over my hands Sometimes my granny use to put 1 fried oyster in a bread and give me for my tiffin . They use to be so big that 1 oyster was enough for 1 whole bread .
Ingredients
Oysters
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chillie powder
Very little salt (cause oysters contain salt)
Dash of vinegar
Semolina to coat
Oil for frying(shallow fry)
Mix all the above 5 ingredients and marinate for 10 min .
Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry them by coating in rava.
Fry them golden brown on each side.

380 grams shucked oysters (10 large oysters)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sake
1 egg
2 tablespoons water
25 grams flour (about 3 tablespoons)
60 grams panko (~1 1/2 cups)
Oil for deep frying
100 grams daikon
1/2 tablespoon yuzu juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
