Air Fryer Fried Pickles Recipe
Fried pickles are the ultimate appetizer and snack time cure. They're perfect for game day watching and can even be used to deck out burgers! If you've been avoiding them due to those pesky calories and the greasy mess they leave behind, Air Fryer Pickles are the solution!

You can print out the recipe here:
These fried pickles are going to be gorgeously golden, extra crispy, and even though we’re ditching the deep fry, we do certainly not ditch any of the flavor. This is all thanks to my special spice blend, and the perfect temp and cook time combo!
These air fryer fried pickle chips are above and beyond, and in today's video, I'll be showing you how to perfect them! They come together super quick and easy, and it all starts with some sliced pickles and a dredging station.
Here's what you'll need:
1 (24-ounce) jar sliced pickles
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 1/2 teaspoons Kosher salt, separated
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon mustard powder
2 large eggs
3 cups panko breadcrumbs
nonstick cooking spray (Avocado, canola, or vegetable oil preferably in an aerosol can), about 2 tablespoons
1. Set Up the Dredging Station - Have ready three shallow bowls or trays for a dredging station. In the first tray, whisk together the flour, 1 teaspoon salt, garlic powder, paprika, and mustard powder. In the second tray, whisk together the eggs with 2 tablespoons of water. In the third tray, mix together the panko breadcrumbs and 1 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
2. Dredge the Pickles - Fully coat each pickle in the seasoned flour and shake off the excess. Submerge in the egg mixture, allow excess to drip off, and then transfer to the tray of panko. Coat thoroughly with the panko, applying gentle pressure as needed to ensure the coating adheres. Transfer to a rimmed baking sheet.
3. Spray With Cooking Spray - Once you have all of the pickles coated, transfer them to a large, rimmed baking sheet and mist the tops and sides with the nonstick cooking spray. Flip the pickles, and mist the other side.
5. Air Fry - Add a single layer of pickles to the basket of the air fryer and cook at 400°F for 5-6 minutes. Remove the Air Fried Pickles, and repeat with the remaining pickles.

Hey y'all, I'm Meagan. My husband Andy and I grew up in rural NC and as newlyweds, decided we wanted something more than the typical American lifestyle. So we started growing our own food, I learned to can and so started this passion of food preservation and knowing where our food comes from.
Even though we grew up around this lifestyle, we still had to learn for ourselves, the ways of our ancestors before us. We now grow a huge portion of our food, including our own meat.
High society and MSM want you to think you don't have time to grow, preserve and cook your own food from scratch, but I am here to help you along the way. As a working mother of 2 on a busy little farm, there is time, we just have to prioritize it.
Through my weekly videos, I'll show you how to prepare easy meals cooked from scratch, tips on preserving your garden harvest and the occasional farm video. Live life on YOUR terms
