INGREDIENTS:
For Batter:
* Milk (दूध) - 1/2 liter
* Sugar (चीनी) - 1/2 cup/100 gram
* Oil (तेल) - less than 1/4 cup/3 tbsp
* Custard Powder (कस्टर्ड पाउडर) - 1, 1.5 tbsp
* Baking Powder (बेकिंग पाउडर) - 1, 1/4 tsp
* All-Purpose Flour (मैदा) - 1 cup
For Icing:
* Whipped Cream (व्हीप्ड क्रीम) - 1 cup
* Sweet Milk (ठंडा मीठा दूध)
* Kiwi (कीवी)
* Strawberry (स्ट्रॉबेरी)
* Mango (आम)
* Sugar Powder (चीनी पाउडर)
RECIPE:
For Batter, Take Milk & Sugar then boil it. Put Oil in the boiled Milk then keep a strainer then put Custard Powder, Baking Powder & All-Purpose Flour in it then mix it well. Whisk it well. Grease the tin with the Oil & put pashmin paper in it then pour the batter in the tin then tap it. Keep the pan for preheating then place a stand & put the cake tin in it for baking the Cake. Keep the flame slow. & let the cake to be baked. Check the Cake after 30 min & turn the flame off & keep it for cooling down. Take out it & demold it. Cut the Cake in three equal parts.
For Icing, Take a mixing bowl & put Whipped Cream in it then beat it well & keep it in the fridge. Take Kiwi, Strawberry & Mango then cut them in slices & keep it aside. Take a Cake tray then put Cream in it. Put one part of the Cake & apply Sweet Milk in it then spread the Cream all over & put the slices of Kiwi in it & apply the cream again. Keep another part of the Cake & again apply the Sweet Milk in it then spread the Cream all over & put the slices of Strawberry in it & apply the cream again. Then put third part of the Cake & apply Cream all over. Cover the Cake with the Cream & then decorate it with Fruits & then make designs with the help of cone & garnish it with Powder Sugar. Cut it & Enjoy the Cake.
