Herb Cream Cheese Dip
Herb Cream Cheese Dip is a simple yet delicious dip that’s perfect for any party or any occasion. Serve it with crackers and guests will devour it! This Herb Coeur a la Creme recipe is savory, tasty, and super easy. There are so many uses for outside of dipping, you will be amazed!
INGREDIENTS & INSTRUCTIONS:
INGREDIENTS
12 ounces cream cheese room temperature
1 cup heavy cream
3 tablespoons minced green onions scallions
2 tablespoons minced fresh dill
1 tablespoon minced fresh chives
Grated zest on 1 lemon
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice do not substitute with bottled lemon juice
1 teaspoon fine sea salt or kosher salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper red pepper flakes, optional
INSTRUCTIONS
Use an electric mixer fitted with the whisk attachment to beat the cream cheese. Whisk until smooth.
Set the mixer to low speed and slowly add the heavy cream until well incorporated. Add the scallion, dill, chives, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt and pepper(s). Whisk until the mixture thickens and firms.
Line a 6-inch mesh strainer or sieve with two layers of cheesecloth. Pour the cream cheese mixture into the cloth, press slightly and smooth the top. Fold any excess cheesecloth over the top of the cream cheese mixture. Place the mesh strainer over a small bowl to catch liquid that will drain through the cheesecloth. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight or up to 3 days.
When ready to serve, invert the cream onto a serving plate and discard the drained liquid.
Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.

INGREDIENTS
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
16 slices Swiss cheese
½ pound sliced ham
1 cup flour
4 eggs
2 cups panko bread crumbs
Creamy Dijon Sauce
3 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons flour
2 cups milk
¼ cup Dijon mustard
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
PREPARATION
1. Sprinkle the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, tossing to coat evenly.
2. On a cutting board, place a chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound until about ½ inch thick with a meat mallet, rolling pin, or heavy pan.
3. Remove the plastic wrap and place a layer of Swiss cheese, then ham, then one more layer of Swiss cheese.
4. Evenly roll the chicken, and place onto a new sheet of plastic wrap.
5. Wrap the chicken in the plastic wrap, twist the excess plastic, and roll the chicken while twisting the sides in to tighten and firm up the roll of chicken cordon bleu. Tie the excess and chill in the fridge to set for 30 minutes.
6. After the rolls are set, prepare large, wide dishes with flour, beaten egg, and bread crumbs, and dredge the chicken in the flour, egg, and bread crumbs.
2. Place the breaded chicken cordon bleu in a 325°F (170°C) pot of oil, and cook about 5 minutes per side or until the outside is an even golden brown. If a good color is achieved and the chicken’s center is still not 165°F (74°C), you can finish the chicken in an oven at 325°F (170°C) until that temperature is reached.
3. In a small pot on medium heat, melt the butter and cook the garlic until soft.
4. Add in flour, and whisk for 1 minute.
5. Add in the milk, and whisk until fully combined with the roux. 6. Continue whisking until the mixture comes to a simmer and has thickened.
7. Add in the Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese. 8.Whisk to combine. Set aside.
9.Slice chicken and drizzle with Dijon sauce. Enjoy!

DESCRIPTION:
Coeur à la crème translates from the French as “heart of the cream.” Traditionally associated with Valentine's Day, it is most often served in a heart shape.
INGREDIENTS:
Yogurt 1 cup
Cream 1 cup
Egg 1 nos
Sugar ½ cup
Pomegranate juice 1 cup
Pomegranate seeds ½ cup
METHOD:
1. Take a bowl and add yogurt and whisk it. Later add cream and whisk again.
2. In another bowl whisk egg white until we get peaks with hand blender.
3. To it add 1 tbs sugar and whisk again, later add cream mixture and mix nicely.
4. Take a heart shape mould, place wet muslin cloth and pour mixture, cover it with same cloth, later tap it like as shown in video.
5. Keep in refrigerator for 1 hour.
6. Heat pan and add pomegranate juice, sugar and mix nicely to make sauce, later keep aside.
7. Demould into a plate and remove muslin cloth, pour pomegranate sauce in the side.
8. On top sprinkle pomegranate seeds.
9. Now heart of cream is ready to serve.
