This garlic ginger butter shrimp recipe is a winner when you’re short on time. Just make sure the shrimps are thawed in advance. To make the cooking process even faster, I peel and devein the shrimp in advance also. If you know you’ll be really right on time, mince and chop everything ahead of time and keep it refrigerated until needed.

* 500g Black Tiger Shrimp
* 10 Gloves Garlic
* Ginger
* 175g Cooking Butter ( No Salt )
* 1 Lemon or Lime
* Parsley
* Olive Oil
* 1 - 2 Tsp Bread Crumbs
* Himalaya Salt
SHRIMP MARINADE
* 1 Tsp Black Pepper
* 1 Tsp Paprika
* 1 Tsp Lemongrass Powder
* 1 Tsp Chili Flakes
* Badia Seasoning
* Salt to Taste

Garlic and Ginger Shrimp with Buttered Toast
*Ingredients*
butter, garlic, ginger, jalapeno, lemon, olive oil, parsley, pepper, salt, shrimp, toast bread
*Recipe*
Thinly slice the jalapenos, garlic, and ginger.
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the thinly sliced jalapenos, garlic and ginger. Cook them for under a minute so they can release their flavors.
Add the shrimp. Squeeze the lemon over them. Season with salt and pepper. Continue to cook for about 3-5 minutes, while occasionally stirring. Remove the shrimp form the heat and transfer them to a plate.
Heat another skillet over medium heat, and melt the butter. Add the toast slices and cook them for about 1-2 minutes per side, until golden and crispy.
Serve the shrimp with a touch of parsley on top!

Pickled Ginger Shrimp - Appetizer --Winter 2022, Episode 3
Pickled Ginger Shrimp
Pickled Ginger shrimp is a dish that I created for my friend Terry. She isn’t much of a fan of cheese, so a charcuterie board isn’t a great appetizer. She loves meatballs, so you can bet that’s a recipe I’ll share in the future. But she also loves Asian flavors and shrimp, so I’ll make this (or a version of it) when we are celebrating something special and need an appetizer just for her!
Pickled Ginger Shrimp
Serves 6-8
2 pounds shrimp, raw, peeled and deveined, tails off (I used bigger ones, but certainly can be made with smaller ones)
¼ cup ginger, pickled, chopped
2 Tbsp. oil, canola or veggie
1 lemon, cut in half
Pinch salt
Pinch pepper, black
Sauce:
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup sesame oil
2 Tbsp. ginger, grated
1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
2 tsp. sugar, brown
2 tsp. sesame seeds, white
1 tsp. pepper, black
In a bowl, place shrimp, chopped ginger and oil. Squeeze the juice out of each half of the lemon. Sprinkle with salt & pepper and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.
To make sauce:
Add all ingredients into a bowl and whip until sugar is dissolved and oil and soy sauce blend together. This can be made ahead of time and will separate when left to sit, so be sure to whip together again just before serving.
You can serve the sauce on the side or feel free to pour it all over the shrimp!

Grilled Shrimp In Ginger Scallion Sauce
Chef Frank shares his recipe for grilled shrimp in ginger scallion sauce! Shrimp has never tasted so good as when topped with this delicious ginger scallion sauce.
INGREDIENTS
1 lb. shrimp
1 lg. bunch scallions
1 lg. piece ginger 4x3 inches
corn oil
sesame oil
salt
fresh black pepper
Recipe
1. Clean and devein shrimp.
2. Place of skewer.
3. Brush with corn oil.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Remove skin from ginger using a spoon.
6. Mince ginger with knife or food processor.
7. Minced scallions with knife or food processor.
8. Combine 1/2 cup ginger with 1/2 scallions.
9. Add 1/2 tsp. salt
10. Add 1/2 tsp sesame oil.
Adjust seasoning. Make sure you can taste all components.
It should be slightly salty!
11. Grill shrimp and put sauce on top!
