Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
24 oz baking potatoes, sliced into thin rings
8 oz carrots, sliced into rings
16 oz tomatoes, de-seeded & chopped
1¼ cups celery stalks, diced
2 cups green beans, trimmed
10 oz yellow onions, half diced & half minced
1 tsp dried thyme
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
3 tbsp oil
¼ cup red wine
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
To serve:
Chopped parsley

0:09 Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
0:12 Heat up a skillet with oil. Add beef and saute until caramelized. Drain off any excess fat.
0:28 Add the minced onions and saute briefly.
0:36 Deglaze with red wine and reduce briefly, then set aside.
0:44 Assemble this by layering half of the potatoes at the bottom of your preferred baking casserole.
0:51 Layer the carrots next, and celery on top.

1:18 Add the cooked ground beef next, followed by the green beans, and diced onions.
1:46 Next, add the tomatoes, and finally the remaining potatoes on top.
2:03 Cover it with foil and transfer to the oven. Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 360 degrees F, and continue baking for roughly 1 hour, or until vegetables turn tender.
2:14 Towards the last 10 minutes of baking, remove and discard the foil. Sprinkle the cheese on top and continue baking, until cheese has melted.
2:33 Portion accordingly and garnish with roughly 1 tablespoon of parsley.

An easy and delicious cheese vegetable casserole that everyone will love!
1 cauliflower
1 pepper
3 carrots
1 zucchini
Olive oil
Salt & pepper
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Roast vegetables for 15-20 minutes until tender.
Cream mixture:
1 cup sour cream
1 cup heavy cream
1 & 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
Italian parsley (optional)
Bake the vegetables mixed with the cream mixture for 15 more minutes or until golden on top.

2 Teaspoons Fresh thyme
1 tablespoon jalapenos pepper minced seeded
1 1/2 teaspoons smoked paprika
1 cup finely diced onion
1 pound ground beef
2 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 cup diced tomatoes see notes 4
1 cup evaporated milk
4 ounce or more mozzarella cheese grated
4 ounce or more sharp cheddar cheese grated
Salt Creole preferably(adjust to taste)
1/2 - 1 teaspoon white pepper (adjust to taste)
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional

Ground Beef and Hash Brown Potato Casserole Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
30 oz. frozen hash browns - thawed
1 pd. ground beef
1 cup diced onions
1 1/2 cups diced mushrooms
1 cup frozen peas
4 cloves minced garlic
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese - divided
salt and pepper to taste
In a skillet on med high heat add ground beef. Chop and cook until no longer pink.
Drain excess fat.
Add onions, mushrooms and pinch of black pepper.
Cook and stir for 3-5 minutes or until onions change color.
Add frozen peas and minced garlic.
Cook and stir for one minute and then remove from heat.
In large bowl add thawed hash browns, cream of soups, half of shredded cheeze, milk and black pepper.
Mix well to combine.
Add meat/vegetable mixture to hash browns and stir to combine.
Pour mixture into lightly greased 9 x 13 baking dish and level out.
Sprinkle top with other half of cheese.
Bake 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until slightly golden and bubbly.
Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Garnish with chopped chives.
Serve and enjoy.
