Pada video kali ini, saya akan membuat ikan tongkol bakar kecap yang enak dan mudah cara membuatnya. Ikan tongkol bakar adalah salah satu menu favorit kami di sini, karena ikan bakar tidak bisa dinikmati setiap hari. Adapun bahan dan bumbu yang kami gunakan untuk membuat ikan tongkol bakar kecap ini adalah:
BAHAN:
5 kg ikan tongkol
BUMBU HALUS
150 gram bawang putih
90 gram ketumbar
2 ruas kunyit
2 ruas jahe
20 gram asam jawa
90 gram gula merah
4 sendok makan garam
6 lembar daun jeruk

Indonesian cuisine is one of the most vibrant and colourful cuisines in the world, full of intense flavour. Many regional cuisines exist, often based upon indigenous culture and foreign influences. Indonesia has around 5,350 traditional recipes, with 30 of them considered the most important. Indonesia's cuisine may include rice, noodle and soup dishes in modest local eateries to street-side snacks and top-dollar plates.
Indonesian cuisine varies greatly by region and has many different influences. Sumatran cuisine, for example, often has Middle Eastern and Indian influences, featuring curried meat and vegetables such as gulai and curry, while Javanese cuisine is mostly indigenous, with some hint of Chinese influence. The cuisines of Eastern Indonesia are similar to Polynesian and Melanesian cuisine. Resep Sate Bumbu Bali | Balinese Satay Recipe | Sate BBQ terenak sejagat
1 kg daging babi tanpa lemak atau ayam filet atau daing sapi (bistik), potong dadu
Bumbu yg dihaluskan:
100 gr cabe merah
350 gr Bawang merah
10 siung bawang putih
75 gr Lengkuas 5-6 jempol lengkuas
25 gr Jahe atau 1 1/2 jempol
5 lbr daun jeruk, buang tulangnya
9 butir kemiri
1 1/2 sdm ketumbar bubuk
Bumbu pelengkap :
2 sdt lada hitam
2 sdt kaldu
3/4 sdm sdt garam
1 sdt gula
5 lbr daun salam
Minyak goreng, agak banyak
Blender semua bumbu yg dihaluskan, kemudian tumis semua bumbu halus dan bumbu pelengkap hingga wangi dan benar2 kering dan dinginkan.
Apabila bumbu sudah dingin, campur bumbu yg sdh ditumis dengan daging yg sudah di potong dadu.
Diamkan 1 malam dikulkas dan keesokan harinya siap di BBQ dan sisanya disimpan di vriezer.

Balinese Satay Recipe
1 kg lean pork or chicken filet or beef (steak), cut into squares
Ground spices :
100 gr red chili
350 gr red onion
10 cloves of garlic
75 gr Galangal 5-6 thumb galangal
25 gr Ginger or 1 1/2 thumbs
5 lbs lime leaves, remove the bones
9 candlenuts
1 1/2 tbsp coriander powder
Complementary seasonings:
2 tsp ground black pepper
2 tsp chicken stock powder
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
5 bay leaves
Cooking oil, a bit much
Blend all the ingredients, then stir-fry all the ground spices and seasoning until fragrant and completely dry. Let it cool.
When the mixcure is cooled, mix it with pork or chicken or beef that has been cut into squares very well.
Let stand 1 night in the refrigerator and the next day satay is done to be the BBQed and stored the rest in the vriezer.

1 btr telor
250 ml air putih
Ingredienst :
6 ½ tbsp flour
1 ½ tbsp tapioca
250 gr cabbage cut in thin slices
200 gr grated carrots
1 shallot, chopped
2 spring onion, chopped
3 salery, chopped
1 chilli , chopped
½ tsp coriander powder
½ tsp pepper powder
2 tsp chicken broth powder
1 tsp sugar
1 ½ tsp salt (to taste)
1 whole egg
250 ml water

2 jempol jari jahe, iris
Garam secukupnya
Air utk merebus
Minyak utk menggoreng
Bumbu-bumbu :
220 gr atau 50 bh caba hijau
3 siung bawang putih
1/2 jempol jahe
120 gr bwg merah atau 1 bombay
5 lbr daun jeruk
1/4 sdt ketumbar bubuk
1 sdt kaldu
2 sdt garam
air dari 1/2 jeruk nipis, siramkan ke cabe hijau yg sudah ditumbuk kasar atau 1 bh asam kandis

Green Chilli Fried Pork
1 kg pork belly
2 thumb ginger, slice
Salt to taste
Water to boil
Oil to fry
Seasonings:
220 gr or 50 pcs of green chilies
3 cloves of garlic
120 gr shallots or 1 onion
1/2 thumb ginger
5 pieces of lime leaves, discard the middle bone
1/4 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp chicken stock powder
2 teaspoons salt
juice of 1/2 lime, pour it onto coarsely grind green chilies
Step 1 :
Bring the water, the sliced ginger and salt to boiled to remove the impurities of the pork . Add the belly pork
and boil for about 40 minutes. After 40 minutes, remove the pork, then tubbing the pork with a fork and pat the skin dry
when the juices begin to surface. Pour the salt and give massage and let it rest for 1 hour or preferably rest overnight
in the refrigerator. After one hour, time to fry the pork.
Heat the oil and fried the pork (skin side) until golden brown and crispy and turn over then fry briefly, remove the pork
from the oil and drain the pork. Cut to taste.
Step 2
Grind the cilies, shallots/onion, garlic, ginger, lime leaves coarsely (i use pestle/mortar), you can use blender if you want.
Saute the spices with a little cooking/vegetable oil (inc. the corriander, chicken stock powder and salt) until fragrant,
then add the fried pork and saute them briefly and Green Chilli Fried Pork is ready to be served.

This is the look of me being super proud of myself. Inspired by Brunei's reliance on fish for protein, I made Gulai Daun Singkong Tumbuk or Grilled Fish with Greens. Coconut Milk in anything makes my heart just feel happy. This was all kinds of yummy
Here is the recipe:
½ medium ginger fresh, sliced
1 small onion sliced
2 med fresh red hot chili peppers, seeded, *
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon sugar
¼ teaspoon turmeric
2 cups coconut milk
1 whole red snapper, whole fish ( I used Sea Bass as a substitute)
1 slice galangal
2 Stalks lemongrass
1 pound swiss chard or spinach coarsely chopped
