How To make Heartland Barbecued Pork Chops
4 pork chops -- bone-in or boneless, about 1-1/4
inches t hick 1/2 cup bottled barbecue sauce
1/3 cup honey
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 Dash hot pepper sauce
For sauce, mix all ingredients except pork chops together in a small bowl. Plac e pork chops over direct heat above medium-hot coals. Grill chops for about 4-5 minutes, until nicely browned on one side; turn and b rush liberally with sauce. Grill for 4-5 minutes more; turn and brush with more sauce. Grill for a few minutes more, turning and brushing with sauce. Discard any leftover sauce. Serve chops immediately.

Quick pork loin air fryer recipe that is easy and simple. I got the pork loin already marianted from Smithfield. The price is right and it dosn't get much easier than this. This is perfect for a mid week no think, no prep, no complaints type meal. I figure it would feed a family of four no problem. My wife and I had one meal then make it into travel packs for a road trip. Made some FANTASTIC sandwiches.

Truly enjoyed hanging out with Chef Johnny from Texas Style BBQ and Cuisine. Melissa and I learned so much from being with him and his wife, Libby. Both are amazing people. Anyway, while I was at his house I showed him how I cook one of my favorite dishes. Can't go wrong with this easy meal. Using this 505 sauce is a total game changer. it is just as good as homemade. However, if you do want to try to make your own sauce, I do have an awesome recipe to follow. I will leave it down below. It's finally Green Chile season so getting the green chile's for the sauce will be easier!
