How to Make Homemade Herbal Iced Tea
Temecula Is HOT today so Juliet of shows you a great, easy (three ingredients and ten minutes!) recipe for low-calorie, low-sugar, kid-friendly, caffeine-free, hydrating homemade herbal iced tea. This drink is made with Celestial Seasonings Red Zinger (hibiscus aka jamaica) and Lemon Zinger tea plus 100% fruit juice.

Herbal Tea, an exact Remedy for your Cough and Cold this season. Try out this Herbal Tea and Enjoy your Winter season.
Herbal Tea (for cough and cold) Recipe:
3 cups Water
4 Cloves
2 Cinnamon Sticks
1 tsp Fennel Seeds
1 tbsp Ginger
1 Bay leaf
1 tbsp Orange or Lemon zest
4-5 Basil Leaves
4-5 Black pepper
Honey to taste
2 Green cardamoms
Directions:
- In a pan add water and bring it to boil.
- Add all the spices and let it simmer for 6-8 minutes on medium flame.
- Strain the tea and add honey.
- Drink ¼ cup at a time and twice a day.
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 8 minutes
Serving: 3-4

How I make my zero calorie sweet herbal ice tea
In this video I demonstrate how I make my zero calorie sweet herbal ice tea. A Delicious and frugal drink!
Nettles Ice tea combo recipe ????
My recipe measurements
Nettles- 3 to 4 tbsp per qt jar
Ginger- 1 tbsp dried herb per qt jar
Paudarco bark- 1 tbsp per qt jar
Hoursetail (shavegrass)- 1 tbsp per qt jar (you can omit if too bitter or add less.
Oolong green tea - 1 tsp per qt jar or leave out if you do not want caffeine. You can find a caffeine free one online.
Steep 15 to 30 min with lid on tea. Strain let cool then refrigerate. I add fresh lemon to my tea every time I make a cup.
Enjoy this herbal ice tea recipe on these hot summer days. You can also drink this hot for the cold winter months. Peace & Namaste!
