These easy-to-make, easy-to-bake garlic sticks will be the new snack that you'll fall in love with! It is flavorful and delicious. Combining mozzarella to the dough really made the difference.
Ingredients:
½ cup Shredded Mozzarella
½ cup Almond Flour
1 tsp Minced Garlic
1 tbsp Chopped Parsley
1 Egg Yolk
Procedure:
1. Blend all ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Lightly knead the mixture into a smooth dough.
3. Divide the dough into even-sized balls then roll each out into sticks.
4. Put the sticks in a baking sheet lined with parchment.
5. Bake for 6-8 minutes at 220C.
Servings: 4 bread sticks

Perfect Homemade Garlic Bread (3 Ways)
Who doesn't need some homemade garlic bread in their life? It's fairly simple to make, yet oh so amazing. Obviously, garlic bread has had some serious clout since it's invention... okay maybe not (it stems from bruschetta), but you get the point. Garlic and butter already go well together so when we combine those ingredients with bread, we're creating three simply and utterly delicious types of garlic bread.

Easy Breadsticks Recipe
Soft, light, and buttery, this homemade Breadsticks recipe is so easy to make from scratch. Brushed with butter and sprinkled with garlic and parmesan, these garlic breadsticks taste like they came straight out of a restaurant! They go with any meal and even make for a delicious snack!

Tofu & herb stuffed bread sticks *vegan*
This is a snack that will most definitely ruin your dinner lol
Dough
Dry ingredients:
2 cups flour
2 tsp instant yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
Wet ingredients:
1 tbsp oil
1 1/2 cup warm water
Tofu mixture
500 gr silken tofu
1 cup arugula
1/4 cup coconut oil
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp lemon juice
salt and pepper
Combine the dry ingredients, create a well in the middle and add the wet. Fold it with a wooden spoon and transfer it to a lightly floured surface. Knead the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes. If you wish to freeze it, wrap it at this point in a plastic wrap, and before using it, thaw it overnight in the fridge and let it proof until double in size.
If you want to use it immediately, let it rest under a wet towel for 10 minutes first. Roll out the dough into a rectangle shape. Spread the vegan cheese and tofu mixture. Cut the dough in half lengthways and cut it crossways into strips. Hold each end of the strip and twist it in the opposite directions. Place them on the baking sheet, and let it rest for 25 minutes. Bake for on 190° C for 20 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy!

Homemade Breadsticks are light, buttery, and oh so delicious! You can make them by hand or in a stand mixer. These easy breadsticks are ready to eat in less than 90 minutes.

✅Ingredients
Breadstick Dough:
• 1 cup warm water, 100-110 degrees Fahrenheit
• 1 tablespoon instant dry yeast
• 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon table salt
• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
For Topping:
• 2 tablespoons melted butter
• ¼ teaspoon table salt
• ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese (optional)
• 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
✅Instructions
1️⃣ In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine warm water, yeast, sugar, salt, and olive oil.
2️⃣ Add in 2 cups of flour. Using a dough hook, turn the mixer on to a low speed. Once the flour starts to incorporate into the dough, increase the speed to a medium range. Slowly add the remaining 1/2 cup of flour until the dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl. The dough mixture should be slightly sticky and soft, but shouldn't stick to your hands. Add more or less flour until the dough reaches the desired consistency.
3️⃣ Transfer the dough to a lightly greased mixing bowl. Cover with a towel and let rise 30 minutes.
4️⃣ Lightly grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper. Punch dough down and divide into 12 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a 9 to 10-inch long rope or snake. Place on the prepared baking sheet and let rise for 20 minutes while the oven preheats.
5️⃣ Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Bake breadsticks for 16 to 18 minutes, until golden brown on top.
6️⃣ While the breadsticks are baking, whisk together the melted butter, salt, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Brush on top of breadsticks immediately after baking. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese or dried herbs as desired.
