How To make Hot& Spicy Chicken
2 Chicken breasts, cut in
Strips 1/2 c Chicken stock
1 t Minced gingerroot
1 cl Garlic, minced
3 Dried red szechuan peppers,
Finely chopped 1/2 lb Snow peas, strings removed
1 tb Low sodium soy sauce
1 tb Dry sherry
10 Shiitake muxhrooms
1 t Cornstarch or arrowroot
3 tb Cold water
2 Green onions, cut in 1"
Pieces
Cook gingerroot, garlic and peppers in sotck over medium heat in a wok or large frying pan. Add chicken, stirring constantly cook 3-4 minutes; add snow peas, soy sauce, dry sherry and mushrooms. Continue cooking another 2-3 minutes. Combine cornstarch and cold water. Add to wok and cook until thickend. Add onions and heat through. Serve over brown rice. Per serving without rice: Calories: 181 Protein: 27g Carbohydrates: 14g Fat: 3g Sodium: 253mg Cholesterol: 60mg

Chicken 65 is a fried chicken snack that is said to be from Chennai. Originally this dish is very spicy but my version is much easier on the chilli. #Chicken65 #KKitchen #snack #KunalKapur
INGREDIENTS:
Chicken Dices – 300 gms
Salt – to taste
Ginger Paste – 1 tbsp
Black Pepper – 1/2 tsp
Curd – 2 tbsp
Lemon Juice – 2 Tbsp
Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Chilly powder – 1 tbsp
Cumin Powder – 3/4 tbsp
COATING:
Refined flour – 3 tbsp
Cornflour – 2 tbsp
Rice flour – 1 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Oil – for deep frying
TEMPERING:
Oil – 2 tbsp
Garlic Chopped – 1 tbsp
Green chilly chopped – 1 no
Curry Leaves – a handful

Hello everyone ! Today I make Spicy Chicken Feet Recipe, hope you will enjoy

Ingredients :
- 800g chicken feet
- 1tsp salt (to put in boiling water)
- ginger
- green onion
- some ice (to cold chicken feet after boiling)
- garlic
- chili
- 1 green lime
- 1 green or yellow lime
- 1tbsp cooking wine
- ½tsp salt
- 1tsp chicken powder
- 1tsp sugar
- 2tbsp chili oil
- 1tbsp soy sauce
- 2tbsp lime juice
- some coriander leaf
