How To make Impossible Pumpkin Pie 2
16 oz Pumpkin
12 oz Evaporated milk
2 tb Butter -or
2 tb -margarine
2 Egg
3/4 c Sugar
1/2 c Bisquick
2 1/2 ts Pumpkin pie spice
2 ts Vanilla
Heat oven to 350F Grease pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2". Beat all ingredients in blender on high speed 1 minute or until smooth. If your blender doesn't hold 5 cups, beat the mixture with a mixer on medium speed about 2 minutes or until smooth. Pour into pie plate. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serves 8. High Altitude Directions (3500 to 6500 ft.): Bake about 55 minutes. It’s pumpkin season so that means it is time for a pumpkin recipe- I am making a impossible pumpkin pie- there is nothing impossible about this pie it could not be any easier!!!!
Ingredients
1 15 oz can pumpkin purée
1 12ozcan evaporated milk
2 Tbsp butter
2 Eggs
3⁄4 cup sugar
1⁄2 cup Bisquick
2 1⁄2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp vanilla

Grandma’s Impossible Pumpkin Pie
Grandma’s Impossible Pumpkin Pie…. I was looking for a different recipe of my Grandma’s and came across this one . I know it’s fairly old but not sure how old. I was surprised it had pancake mix in it thinking they wouldn’t have pancake mix that long ago but pancake mix was first made in 1888. I was surprised there wasn’t a crust but after cutting into it , there was a thin crust but it took on the color of the filling so I didn’t see it.

Recipe:
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup pancake mix
2 Tb margarine
1 can (13 Oz) evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 can (16 Oz) pumpkin
2 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp vanilla
Heat oven to 300° grease pie plate . Beat all ingredients until smooth . Pour into pie plate
Bake 50-55 minutes
Pumpkin pie spice recipe :
3 Tb ground cinnamon
2 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp ground clices
1 tsp ground allspice
Mix together and out in airtight container

NO CRUST PUMPKIN PIE RECIPE - How To Make Easy Pumpkin Pie For Thanksgiving
I present Pumpkin Pie made Without Crust. It is way easier (saves tons of effort and time) and do I have to mention - healthier - than an option with a crust. It contains all the pumpkin goodness and nothing besides of that. We can consider it a pure pumpkin pie! :) If you are a fan of classic pumpkin pie and wonder how to make it from scratch here are links for my last year recipes:

Lets start the new holiday season with a great homemade pie! Happy Thanksgiving to all of you!
INGREDIENTS:
16 OZ. 100% PURE PUMPKIN PUREE
12 OZ. EVAPORATED MILK
2 EGGS
3/4 cup SUGAR
1/2 tsp NUTMEG
1/2 tsp GINGER
1 tbsp CINNAMON
1/2 tsp SALT
Some coconut oil or cooking oil for greasing the pan.
Some ground oats.
Cooking Instructions:
1) In a bowl mix all dry ingredients: sugar, nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon and salt. Put aside.
2) Using mixer beat eggs reduce speed to stir and slowly add pumpkin puree.
3) Add sugar-spice mix to the mixing bowl and combine with pumpkin.
4) Gradually stir in evaporated milk and mix until all pie ingredients are completely combined.
5) Grease 9 Springform pan with some oil and dust gently with some oats. Remove the excess oats. Pour pie mixture into pan.
6) Preheat the oven to 425 F / 218 C.
Bake at 425 F / 218 C for 15 minutes and then reduce temperature to 350 F /177 C and bake for 50-60 minutes.
7) Let it cool and serve. Bon Appétit!

Impossible pumpkin pie cupcakes pack all the pumpkin pie flavor into individual servings. A delicious mashup between pumpkin pie and a cupcake, these are a perfect dessert for the holidays, a special dinner, or anytime just to fulfil that pumpkin spice craving.

Ingredients
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/8 cup cornstarch
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 15-oz can pumpkin puree
3/4 cup evaporated milk
3/4 cup sugar
2 large eggs
whipped cream and cinnamon for topping optional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350
It is important to NOT use a hand held or stand mixer for this recipe.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk dry ingredients (notthe cornstarch)
In another medium mixing bowl, whisk the wet ingredients (and the cornstarch)
Whisk the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Whisking only until the ingredients are incorporated, do not over whisk the filing.
You can line a cupcake pan with foil baking cup liners that have been sprayed with non stick spray, or use only Baker’s Joy spray. If you use plain paper cupcake liners, you must also spray with non stick spray. The liners will stick if not sprayed.
Pour filling into the prepared cupcake pan, filling each ⅔ full.
Bake for 25 minutes
Remove from the oven and let the cupcakes sit in the pan for 20 minutes.
Remove each cupcake from the pan (even if no liner was used) and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour. (This extra hour is needed to ensure the cupcakes properly set)
