How To make Italian Fried Knots
2 1/2 c Flour
1/2 ts Salt
2 tb Sugar
1 ts Vanilla
2 tb Melted butter
1/4 c Water or sweet wine
3/4 c Honey
3 tb Sugar non-pareils
Mix flour, salt, sugar, eggs, vanilla, butter & 1 tab. water. Let rest 1 hour. Roll out quite thin. Cut into strips. Tie into knots. Fry. Mix honey, sugar and 1/4 cup water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil then simmer until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat. Dip fried knots into honey glaze. Sprinkle with non-pareils and serve on platter. -----

Garlic Cheese Bubble Bread
250g all-purpose flour
1½ tsp instant dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic granules/powder/minced
1 tbsp parsley
125ml (1/2 cup) warm milk
1 egg, beaten.
3 tbsp butter, melted.
1 cup or more grated cheese

1 sdm gula pasir
1 sdt garam
1 sdt bawang putih granul/bubuk/cincang

Today we are making GARLIC KNOTS from scratch, with a very easy to follow step by step recipe & some cool tricks for perfect execution!!
PIZZA DOUGH INGREDIENTS :-
2 1/4 TSP Pack Active Dry Yeast
1 Cup Warm Water
1 1/4 Cold Water
2 TBL SPN Olive Oil
1 TSP Sugar
1TSP Salt
5 1/2 Cups Unbleached Flour
DIRECTIONS:-
Dissolve yeast in 1 cup of warm water in a small bowl; let stand 5 minutes. 1 1/4 cups cold water; oil, sugar, and salt in a small bowl; stir with a whisk.Weigh or lightly spoon about 9 ounces (bout 5 1/4 cups) flour into dry measuring cups; level with a knife. Combine flour, yeast mixture, and cold water in bowl of stand mixer fitted with a dough hook. Mix on low 8 minutes until smooth.
GARLIC OIL MIX:
1 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 1/2 TSP Salt
1 1/2 TSP Black Pepper
1 TSP Italian Seasoning
1 TSB Parmigiana Cheese
1 TSB Crushed Red Pepper
3 TBL SPN Fresh Garlic

PREPARATION. This Italian cookies, which are fried in deep fat and are served during the carnival. Done quickly and easily. It does not require large material costs. It does not absorb fat. Gentle — airy. And it turns out an impressive bowl of it.
Slightly mix egg, wine, melted butter, salt, vanilla powder.
Add flour, stirring constantly. You should get plastic soft dough. I did not use as much flour as indicated in the recipe. Put dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Then roll out very thinly and cut into strips 1.5 cm wide, 10 cm long.
Tie knotted stripes loosely.
Fry in deep fat until tender — it is very fast).
Sprinkle ready knots with powdered sugar.
