2 1/2 tb Salt 1 c Ice cold water 1/2 tb Fennel seeds 1 ts Black pepper 1/2 tb Sugar 1 1/2 ts Crushed dried hot peppers 1/2 ts Caraway seeds 1/2 tb Coriander seeds 5 lb Pork meat (not too lean) Ground the pork meat. Combine all the spices, using a coffee grinder to crush the seeds. Mix all ingrendients. Put into small hog casing. Cook on a hot grill.
