Top 10 FAVORITE BAKERIES FOR PASTRIES IN OAHU
#bakeries #pastriesinoahu #hawaiifood
Hey guys! thanks for stopping by. These are my top 10 favorite bakeries for pastries on Oahu. If you're visiting you can actually ask them to pack it for you to take to the plane.
Here are a list of what you should try:
1. Nandings Bakery. They have 3 locations on Oahu. Remember to order the spanish rolls!! Oh and I forgot! you need to try the ensamada!
2. Valerios: Ube pandesal & bulilit
3.Kamehameha bakery: Poi doughnut
4. Leonards bakery: Malasadas, custard filling is my favorite
5. Liliha bakery: They have two locations. One in their main location which is in Liliha and another one located in Nimitz Highway. Order poi mochi donut and cocoa puffs. The cocoa puffs also comes with green tea but the chocolate is my fav.
6. Diamond Head market and grill. This is more like a food mart. There is a fast food window right by it and there is a door you can open to enter the market. I love their scones!!!! and the biscuit rolls are also very good!
7.Jesse’s coffee shop bakery is another filipino bakery favorite of mine. This is also a filipino restaurant. My favorites are pianomoroll, balintawak and hopia.
8. Napoleons Bakery. This bakery is inside most of Zippy’s restaurants. Lot’s of people have so many different types of favorite pastries here such as the apple napples or maple bars. But my ultimate favorite is their malasadas. It’s a little different from Leonard’s malasadas. The texture is a little softer. They are located all over the island.
9. Paalaa Kai Bakery. If you are ever on the west side of the island, stop by this place! This is located in Waialua. They are known for their flaky chocolaty custardy snow puffies topped with powdered sugar!! People drive all the way on this side of the island just for these things!
10. Ani’s bake shop is located in Halawa Aiea. You'll pass through commercial buildings. Inside, there are a lot of pastries to choose from..but the butter cream rolls are what people go crazy over. These very soft fluffy rolls with different fillings to choose from. The lilikoi butter cream rolls are my favorite.
I hope you guys get to try some of my favorites! Let me know what you think!
