5 oz Cottage Cheese,pureed
5 oz Mascarpone
2 Eggs
3 tb Sugar
1 Lemon
3 oz Raisins
2 oz Almonds,chopped
2 oz Pistachios,chopped
1 Tart Apple
3 Lasagnenoodles
1.Mix the pureed cheese with the eggyolk, sugar and lemonjuice. 2.Grate the
lemonpeel and add with raisins and half of the pistachios. 3.Beat eggwhites until stiff and fold under all. 4.Peel apples and core and cut into small strips. 5.Boil noodles about 3 minutes; run quickly under cold water. 6.In a small lasagneform alternate noodles, apples and cheese mix, ending with cheese. 7.Bake dish for 40 minutes at 175 C in preheated oven. 8.Before serving sprinkle the rest of the pistachios over the top. Bianca shares her recipe for a delicious 'lasagna al pesto'. It's a special dish and a special episode because we collaborated with Pixar, who asked Pasta Grannies from Liguria to watch their Luca trailer; the result is a 'reaction video' which I've added to the end of this episode. Bianca and the other nonne you'll meet over the coming weeks all appear in it.
The recipe is a long one. You'll need a lot of good quality, fresh basil pesto, about 400g; 700ml béchamel sauce; pasta dough, using 300g 00 flour and 3 eggs, rolled out and cut into squares to fit your deep baking dish, one large baking potato, 200g fine green beans; grated parmesan to scatter over the top.

Hi friends! I want to show you how to make this Easy Homemade Lasagna:
This is my favorite Easy Homemade Lasagna recipe! It can be prepared and cooked right away or stored in the freezer for a quick, future meal. It is made with a homemade meat sauce including ground beef and Italian sausage, and also includes ricotta and lots of mozzarella cheese. You can have lasagna for dinner any time with this freezer-friendly recipe! Make it ahead of time and have dinner ready to go.

Here is my homemade meat sauce recipe:
Timestamps for video:
0:30 - Warm up the meat sauce.
0:36 - Place Italian sausage in a pan.
0:40 - Brown and drain the sausage.
0:52 - Add the sausage to the meat sauce.
0:58 - Mix well.
1:05 - Cook for about 10 minutes.
1:10 - Add ricotta cheese to a bowl.
1:15 - Sprinkle in shredded mozzarella cheese.
1:25 - Add two eggs.
1:28 - Sprinkle in Italian seasoning.
1:34 - Fold the ingredients together.
1:50 - Prepare the pasta.
2:00 - Add a layer of meat sauce to a pan.
2:05 - Add a layer of pasta.
2:10 - Add a layer of meat sauce.
2:20 - Add a layer of cheese mixture.
2:25 - Spread out the cheese.
2:36 - Add another layer of pasta.
2:40 - Add another layer of meat sauce.
2:45 - Add another layer of cheese.
2:53 - Add shredded cheese.
3:00 - Sprinkle on parsley flakes.
3:15 - Cover and freeze. Bake when needed.
3:48 - Dish out, garnish with basil leaves and enjoy!
