???? Apple Cake Ingredients:
4 apples, thinly sliced
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 eggs
1/3 cup (60g) sugar
1/2 cup (100ml) milk
2 tbsp (30g) butter, melted
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
5/8 cup (80g) all purpose flour
powdered sugar (optional)
7 inch spring form cake pan
???? Apple Cake Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 356F (180C).
2. Peel 4 apples and cut into thin slices. Add lemon juice and coat thoroughly.
3. In a mixing bowl, add eggs, sugar and whisk until creamy. Add in milk, butter, baking powder, vanilla extract, flour and whisk until combined.
4. Add apples to the cake batter in few parts, coat them thoroughly.
5. Pour the cake batter in a buttered cake pan. Using a spatula, place the apples in layers.
6. Bake in the oven for 60 minutes or tooth pick comes out clean.
7. Let is cool down to room temperature.
8. Sprinkle some powdered sugar (optional).

Easy Apple Layer Cake Recipe
This apple cake recipe is the easiest you cake find! Only few basic ingredients, 15 minutes of work and you got the most delicious apple layer cake. 4 layers of soft semolina layers, 3 layers of moist and delicious apple layers. No kneading required, no eggs, no yeast and just 2 bowls.

Ingredients:
1 cup (125g) Flour
1 cup (170g) semolina
3/4 cup + 2 Tbsp. (175g) Sugar
1½ teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons (30g) butter, melted
3/4 cup (180ml) Milk
6 apples
2-3 tablespoons Lemon juice
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F (175C). Grease 8-inch (20cm) round cake pan with butter, line bottom and sides with parchment paper. Grease the parchment as well.
2. In a large bowl mix flour, semolina, sugar, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
3. Peel the apples, grate and transfer to a bowl. Add lemon juice and stir. Set aside.
4. Spread 1/4 of the flour mixture over the bottom of the pan, then spread 1/3 of the grated apples. Repeat this process with the reaming flour mixture and grated apples. In total: 4 flour layer and 3 apple layers.
5. In a small bowl mix milk and melted butter. Pour milk mixture over the cake and pierce with a fork so the milk mixture will pass through the layers.
6. Bake for 40-45 minutes. Let cool before slicing.

Delicious & Quick Fluffy Apple Cake / Easy Recipe
This easy apple cake is a delicious dessert that's perfect for any occasion. The cake has a light and fluffy texture and is infused with the sweet and tangy flavors of apples and lemon juice. The cake batter is made with a combination of eggs, sugar, yogurt, milk, sunflower oil, and vanilla extract. This creates a moist and tender crumb that is perfectly complemented by the sweet and slightly tart apple slices.
To make the cake, you'll need 2 apples, which you'll need to peel and slice into thin pieces.In a pan, melt 25 grams of butter and add apple slices, add 15 grams of lemon juice and 20 grams of sugar. Cook the apple slices in the mixture until they soften a little.
Next, prepare a cake batter by whisking 2 eggs with 130g of sugar, adding 60g of yogurt, 60ml of milk, 60ml of sunflower oil, and a dash of vanilla extract to the egg mixture and whisk until well combined. Sift 200g of flour and 8g of baking powder into the mixture and gently fold until the batter is smooth.
Pour the cake batter into a greased 18cm cake pan and arrange the cooked apple slices on top.
Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Once the cake is done, let it cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before removing it from the pan and placing it on a wire rack to cool completely. If you like, you can grill the cake for an additional 2 minutes until the top is golden brown. This apple cake is a crowd-pleaser and is sure to become a family favorite!
